Enjoy a true ski-in/ski-out location on 4 O'clock Run and across the street from the Snowflake Lift. Three blocks to Main St and downtown. Features 7 individual beds across 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with attached bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve a meal and is open to the dining area/living room with a gas fireplace. The back patio is located next to the stream. There is a washer/dryer, onsite hot tubs, and 2 parking passes!
The space

Condo Location:
• Located on the second floor of the Stream building in the Tyra II complex, but with a ground level back patio because the building is built into the side of a hill. There is a parking lot (located at the very back of the lower parking lot) that is essentially on the same level as the condo but will require 4 steps to get from the parking lot to the front door and is on the other side of the complex.
Bedroom 1:
• King bed with ensuite bathroom and tub/shower combo
Bedroom 2:
• Queen bed and twin bed
• In-room sink area
Bedroom 3:
• Twin over double bunk bed and separate twin bed
Living Room:
• Queen sleeper sofa
COMPLEX FEATURES:
• Two indoor hot tubs. Indoor hot tubs are closed during the summer starting May 1st.
• One outdoor hot tub
• Two outdoor parking spaces
COMPLEX LOCATION:
• Located directly on 4 O'Clock Ski Run*
• Across the street from the Snowflake Lift*
• Charter sports (we have discounts!) located across the street for ski rentals in the winter and bike rentals in the summer*
• Blue Sky ticket office located across the street*
• Hiking and biking trails in the summer start on 4 O'Clock Run and Sawmill Reservoir hike starts at the base of the Snowflake Lift. All trails connect to miles and miles of trails along the 10 mile range.
• Three blocks to Main Street
• Two blocks to Beaver Run and Peak 9 Base
• Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop located across the street
• Two blocks to the Riverwalk Center and Snow Sculptures (January 20-29th, 2025)
*Please be aware of opening and closing dates and times for the ski area and surrounding businesses. Runs and lifts are subject to snowpack and may be closed early and/or late season. Rental shops may be closed in the off-season.

Summer Access - The 4 O'Clock ski run serves as a hiking trail so the National Forest is out your front door for hiking and biking! The Sawmill Reservoir trailhead is also directly across the street.
Winter Access - Located directly on the 4 O'Clock ski run (dependent on snow pack, there is the possibility for it to be closed early and/or late season) and across the street from the Snowflake lift
Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
ITEMS PROVIDED:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack n Play travel crib located in the condo as well as a high chair. Please bring your own Pack n Play sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
> There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
> This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding the potential effects of high altitude.
> Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
> The minimum age to rent is 25.
