Out the back of the property, you are steps away from the Snowflake chairlift and numerous hiking trails. They have slopes designed with the whole family in mind. You can either ship or rent your ski equipment to/at the property. After the day skiing, come back and enjoy the heated pools or jacuzzis to relax away sore muscles. If that's not enough, enjoy a massage at the massage studio onsite. There is also a splash pad and activities room for the kiddos. The older kids can enjoy the Grand Room with a big screen TV and a billiards table. For meal time, you can enjoy the Boot Saloon with its comfort food and cocktails in a relaxing environment. Or you can shuttle into the beautiful town of Breckenridge and enjoy the unique shops and delicious food that it offers. There you can find activities like The Escape Room, Mountain Top Children's Museum, and Epic Discovery at Breckenridge, which offers zip lines and other family activities. There is something for everybody here!

This charming two bedroom condo comes with everything you need to enjoy the adventure. The primary bedroom comes with a king size bed, large dresser, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath. The large primary bath includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination and a single vanity. The kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, toaster, sink, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils. The main living area situated between the two bedrooms has a large fireplace to enjoy, along with a sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. There is a separate dining area with seating for up to ten guests. The full kitchen comes with upgraded appliances and granite counter tops. This includes a full refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. This condo also features a washer and dryer for convenience.

The property provides complimentary parking for up to two vehicles for a two bedroom unit.

The Grand Timber Lodge shuttle will take you to one of 26 stops within town limits. To catch the shuttle, wait right outside the lobby area for the shuttle to return every ten to twenty minutes. Simply call 970-406-0118 for pick-up from one of the stops in town. During the ski season, the Grand Timber Lodge shuttle will be at your service from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. From spring until autumn, the shuttle runs from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.

An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.

Due to the robust nature of cleaning each residence, only a limited number of late check-out requests are granted, for a fee. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance of your departure to check availability if you are interested in paying for a late check-out. If you find that you will arrive at the resort before the 4 p.m. check-in time, please call the Front Desk prior to your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in, fee may apply (subject to change).
