This condo is a great choice for your mountain vacation: Just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route. Youā€™ll be whisked to the slopes in minutes ā€”and in the summer, there are hiking and biking trails close by. You and your group will love it!

This 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for groups of up to four. The living area is bright and inviting, with plenty of seating and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for catching the game or the morning snow report. Thereā€™s a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and seating for four at the bar; youā€™ll also enjoy the patio for kicking back after a big day on the slopes.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Super close to the shuttle!

This condo was amazing for a ski week! The bus stop is right across the street! The bus will take you to any peak you want to get to!The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked! There was even good coffee in the unit!It was well laid out! Some books and cards for your use! This was awesome!!!

Not sure how this condo got such nice reviews. The place is outdated and run down, lights are flickering and shower doesnā€™t hold consistent temperature, beds are uncomfortable with very firm mattresses and flat pillows (huge bummer after a day of skiing) Cleanliness was a separate issue, despite the hefty cleaning fee, there were crumbs around the microwave, hair in the shower, dirty bathroom rug and a random plastic shopping bag on the floor behind the chair.... on the positive note, the condo is very conveniently located right next to the shuttle stop.

Summer vacation

The property was nice. Beds were comfortable (bed and pull out) we ran out of hot water quickly, not enough hot water to fill the bathtub. Had an issue with one of the full time tenants. Our GPS took us to the exit as an entrance, we did not realize it was the exit. A tenant, girl in early 20ā€™s, stood in front of our car making vulgar gestures and swearing at us as we were trying to pull in the garage. My husband rolled the window down and asked her what her problem was, she screamed at him that we just came in the exit. She followed us into the garage telling us to go back to where we came from. Because we unknowingly entered through the exit? I have never experienced anything like it. I ended up calling the police as she was out of control. Not the greatest experience overall. I would not stay In this property again.

Comfortable Apartment at a fantastic price

We had a great stay in Breckenridge. The couches were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for my family of four. Very clean and well stocked with essentials. Great location to the mountain and town. We would definitely stay again!!

Great location

This was the perfect location for mountain access and closeness to town. The Black bus line picks up/drops off right in front of the condo, which made it really convenient to get around. Having access to a hot tub was also really nice. The condo itself is pretty dark (needs more/better lighting) but a great stay overall! Would stay here again!

Felt right at home, but better

Everything about our stay was seamless. The check in process was smooth with VERY friendly personnel. The property is very clean and spacious. If you are looking for a brand new property, this is not for you as itā€™s part of an older complex, but is truly a great value & very cozy. This property made us feel right at home, but better because we are right by the slopes! The free shuttle (which is the last stop before the slopes, so only about a 2 minute drive) is directly across the street and a short walk even for those uncomfortable walking in ski boots. The home was stocked with most kitchen supplies you would expect and then some you wouldnā€™t, like a crock pot. You donā€™t get that at a hotel! There were many small touches like games, movies, music, books etc. It is very obvious the owner takes pride in this place! Would stay again Iā€™m a heartbeat.

Property was good, parking uphill on snow difficult.

The property was very nice and clean, and the amenities were good. The parking situation was very difficult with the amount of snow that Breck had been getting. Trying to park up that hill with alot of snow on the ground in the narrow parking lot was hard to find a spot if not plowed and hard to get out after the snow fall.

Great place to stay but had a few issues

The condo was pretty much exactly as advertised. It's a two bedroom one bath with a kitchen that is fully stocked with appliances and it is located just across the street from the last bus stop before you get to the mountain. The issues that we had though are why I don't want to give it more stars. Our first problem was that we received the wrong key for the unit on check-in causing us to have to drive back down the hill and get the correct one. The unit is advertised to have cable but for some reason the cable box did not work and after mentioning it to Summit Mountain Rentals nothing appeared to have been done to try and fix the problem. If you are going to stay here then I highly recommend bringing your own pillows because the ones in the unit are extremely flat and uncomfortable. Lastly the hot water in the unit fluctuated between scalding hot and ice cold turning showers into somewhat of a please don't burn me game. Despite these issues I did think that the unit was very clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay at Breckenridge and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
