  • Welcome to Motherlode A5 – Your Ultimate Breckenridge Getaway!

    This beautifully modern 1,000 sq. ft. condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Located just a short walk from Peak 9, the Quicksilver lift, and Breckenridge’s vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, and bars, it’s an ideal spot for both winter and summer adventures. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, providing plenty of space for your entire family or group.

    Upon entry, you’re greeted by the spacious living room, beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings and an electric fireplace. Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire while watching the snow fall outside. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table, seating six, where you can gather for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully remodeled kitchen. Just beyond the dining area, step outside to your private, covered balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.

    The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer ample clothing storage. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

    Enjoy the resort-style amenities that come with your stay, including multiple hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. The condo also offers free parking for 1 vehicle and nearby ski shuttle pick-up, ensuring easy access to the slopes.

    Whether you're here for winter sports or summer fun, Motherlode A5 has everything you need for a fabulous Breckenridge vacation!

    Pool/Spa hours vary during the summer/winter season and we can not guarantee hours/availability as it is at the discretion of the resort.

    Parking available for only 1 vehicle.

    You will have to take stairs to access the unit, there is not an elevator available.

Amazing mountain getaway

We spent Thanksgiving here and it was the perfect getaway. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to ski in Breck!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo with its recent renovations is a great place to stay. Our family of 4 had a great four nights here this month. Comfortable, well appointed, super convenient to walk to the base of Peak 9 or along Main St. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that you can hear your neighbors and people walking in the unit above. Really, it wasn't bad for us. We would stay here again.

Great location. Perfect for our family of 4. Minutes walk to downtown, and a dreamy oasis after a long day of hiking adventures. Updated amenities made for a familiar and comfortable atmosphere. A true home away from home feel with the added benefit of mountain vibes.

Convenient & Clean!

This was a great stay for a ski trip in Breck. Plenty of room for adults and ski lockers and balcony were an amazing amenity to the stay. Place was easy to access and a short walk to the lift. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and space

The location is great and the condo is nicely furnished and updated. We found it to be very loud - every step from the upstairs guests can be heard clearly, to the point that at night, it sounds like people are walking around in the condo. The master bathroom also needs some upkeep, with multiple of the shower fixtures hanging loose/needing to be tightened. Lastly, the railings on the top bunks in the bunkroom don't really extend above the mattresses. They'd probably be fine for adults or older teens but don't feel very safe for kids.

Great apartment in Breckenridge

This place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Breckenridge. It’s a short walk from town and everything you need. The place is clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub area was a perfect end to a day of taking in all the activities in the area.

Great spot for a ski trip

The condo was very nice and modern. Our group really enjoyed the short walk to the chairlift, restaurants and bars, and the hot tubs after long days on the slopes. The property manager was also very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
