Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. My family was in town and we had a great time at the VRBO! The shuttle works great and it is walking distance to town. The two parking spots are very handy and the property itself is very spacious. Would stay here again.

Had a great time! This property was perfect for us with all the beds, and the bathrooms! Especially the bath downstairs. We had 9 people, and everyone felt comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Overall this was a fine property for a big group and a short stay. Very close to downtown but still located in a quiet area. However, the check-in process was very difficult with management changing our reservation within an hour of check-in and mixed messages with people on-site giving our group different information. Also, one room did not have clean sheets on the bed which was a disappointment.

The property itself was great. Loves the location and acces to the community pool and hot tub. Unfortunately for us, a day before we left we were informed the unit had not hot water. What we weren’t told is this also meant the lower part of the u it had no heat. We made due and had a great time. Still working with the property management company on fair compensation for the inconvenience.

We enjoyed the pool, deck and great location close to town. We used the grill but we had to clean it first because it was extremely dirty! That would be our only suggestion for improvement.

The property was clean and well stocked. It was close to town. Having three bathrooms was a plus as well as the pull out sofa in the extra living room. It is a nice house for accommodating large groups.

No sirve secador de pelo, el cancel del baño se cayó y pudo provocar un accidente (cristal) no tenía gas el asador, el hot tub, es comunitario y a dos calles de distancia. La cómoda se le salen los rieles de cajones. No responden en el teléfono para reportes. Por ese dinero, se puede conseguir algo mejor. Las fotografías estÔn extraordinariamente bien tomadas. No cumplió mis expectativas.

Good amount of room for group and 3 full baths were accommodating. The shared hot tub area was not as accessible as desired and as a result we did not use. With no parking to the facility, the choice to walk in wet clothes was not high on the list. Overall good place and accessibility to the mountain.
