In general, it is open from June-Aug; and Dec-March and closed the rest of the year.

Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Loved this place!!! Very close to Quick Solver Lift and town.Only issue was our rental car didn’t really fit well in the parking spot, it is super tight.Very clean and easy check out process!

Great location that allows guests to walk downtown to explore. Garage was too narrow to fit our vehicle and there were roofing supplies stored in the garage area anyways. There’s construction on the building ongoing. Property was as advertised, however dishwasher was out of order, bedding had stains, bathroom sink faucet was loose and couch/love seat were pretty much worn out. We spent little time inside other than to sleep so the property fit our limited needs.

Great location. Close to shops. The place was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook food. The pool and four jacuzzis were really nice to come back to after sightseeing and hiking.

Overall this place is great- responsive staff during office hours, great location to slopes AND town (parking is difficult in town so staying so close to walk was excellent), great looking place, clean, good variety of dishes, great keyless entry, and comfortable beds! Housekeeping didn’t do their job which was annoying and frustrating esp when arriving late at night: when we arrived only 1 bath towel for 4 of us, only 4 pillow covers with many uncovered pillows, the brown decorative ones (2) had rough spots (2 white ones were super soft), no shampoo or conditioner and SkyRun website said starter supplies of toiletries in each of their places and specifically listed shampoo and conditioner in their list, and 1 humidifier was there and SkyRun website said each bedroom would have 1. However with each issue we contacted SkyRun about, during their office hours they immediately responded and remedied. We even had a small issue with a TV not working and they sent a maintenance person over to fix within minutes. To end on a good note: we loved the fireplace— it actually blows out the heat and has several different settings including its own thermostat! It heats up the living room quickly and is beautiful. Additionally each bedroom has own thermostat! (At the lowest setting allowed, bedrooms were hot and it took a few nights to get used to— humidifier seemed to help and only use extra blankets offered in closets.) Overall the place felt upscale and nice!

The condo was perfect for two families of four. The location is a short walk to the base of peak 9 and the quicksilver lift for skiing. Also a short walk to Main Street. We had kids ranging from 7-14 and the walks were no problem for them. Great week on the slopes!!

This property was exactly as listed, and extremely clean for our visit. Walkability to the village and the downtown shops is ideal. We cooked a couple of meals and I'm happy to report that the knives are sharp! One suggestion would be to replace the coffee maker in the unit. It seems quite fickle with its drip mechanism. The last one to get a cup from the pot ended up chewing a few grounds. The hot tub was enjoyable but note that they close the pool area at 8:00 pm! Parking is a little tight, which I only mention if you go up with a large vehicle. Overall I would recommend this unit. We had 4 adults stay.

We had everything we needs for our stay at the unit. Great kitchen area with all of the utensils to make great meals. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for 5 guys to roam around. The gas grill worked great for cooking steaks and it was nice to have a private balcony. The location made it convenient to walk to downtown restaurants, bars, and stores. I would stay at this unit again next time I am in Breckinridge.

We LOVED this place, the location was perfect for walking everywhere. I parked the car and didn't need again until we left. We went to explore Main Street, the troll, and all the great restaurants. Our group of 5 was comfortable hanging out in the living space, made snacks in the kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely stay here again or even bring our family to enjoy the nice town of Breck!

Perfect location for celebrating the 4th in Breck. The condo was nicely equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Quiet location within walking distance to Main Street! Our group of 6 was very comfortable and we even hosted dinner with another family of 6 and had plenty of room for everyone!!

Solid location, quick walk to Main Street Station shops and restaurants as well as Main Street and the Quick Silver lift. The view from the unit was a combination of parking lot, other housing units and a road. The accommodations met the needs of our family of 4. The kitchen furnishings were a bit disappointing. There were 2 non-stick skillets, both badly scratched. It would have been great to have measuring cups plus a tablespoon measure. The can opener, carrot peeler, and cheese grater were just barely functional. The covered parking spot is very narrow, flanked by concrete on both sides and we were able to fit our truck only part way in, which was doable as we only had 1 vehicle to park, but would have been problematic if we had 2 large vehicles.

We loved our stay at the Breck Lift house. It was so convenient to skiing and Main Street. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and was super comfortable and accommodating. The fireplace was a HUGE plus, we stayed when it was really cold so coming home to that was such an added bonus. Thanks again!!

Great remodel done, very livable. We rarely get the chance to visit Colorado and were hoping for a Mountain View, but this is only our own fault. We chose interior beauty over the view to encourage daily exploration.

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space and 3 full size bathrooms was wonderful. The location is also perfect to walk to ski lifts and restaurant/shops. The place was very clean and recently remodeled! Thanks for a great stay.

Management team was very prompt with our questions. Instruction books need updating as none of the codes, for pool/hot tub, laundry room and ski storage rooms worked. We needed to request new ones. Space is a little tired, but has a fantastic set up. Both bedrooms have access to decks. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, so for our group of 4 women it was great. Everyone had their own bed! Also, the living space is separate from bedroom area, so those that want to stay up late can do so without bothering others. Also, early risers, can get up and have their coffee, etc without waking up the entire group. Hot tubs are shared with many properties, so they do get full. The upside is you meet a lot of people! A very close walk to downtown and the slopes. We were lazy and checked our skis at the base so we didn't have to carry them, but doable if you don't want to pay to check. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book again!

Could not find indoor pool or hot tubs. Outdoor hot tubs were full. Otherwise good place. A little dated. Shower heads were too low. Had to work on our limbo. Location was what we wanted and location was excellent. Place was clean and as advertised for size, beds, etc.
