- Air Conditioning: NO. Due to the mild high alpine climate, many properties are not equipped with air conditioning.

Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Close to town and very comfortable!

We had a fabulous stay. The condo is walking distance to downtown so we didn't have to deal with traffic/parking. The management was very thorough and we had no issues. The condo does feel a bit dark - I would recommend putting brighter (but dimmable) lights in the living room. Ther furniture was different than the photos on the listing but still very comfortable.

Wonderful yet frustrating

We loved the condo and location to Main Street. Awesome. Our frustration is the zero communication from the mgmt company when I wrote them several times regarding noise at night the very next day. There was a bizarre knocking sound - ranging from fast to slow. Only at night. It made sleeping a challenge night one and despite ear plugs we had challenges. I sent multiple videos with the audio. Still no word. While I realize there may not have been another place to relocate us it certainly seems there should have been some response acknowledging the issue and frustrations. Again the condo is awesome!!!!

Great stay

This was our first time to Breckenridge as a family and we had a great time. This place was the perfect location, was very clean, and was perfect for us and our three kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, and the living space and bathroom were comfortable.

The condo is very well maintained. It’s perfect for a couple skiing at Snowmass. The concierge staff were very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

Great place and location

My family loved our stay. It is really close to the pool and hot tubs that we really enjoyed. The place was roomy and comfortable. It was a short drive into town and also was close to free bus service around Breckenridge. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the mornings and watching the birds, chipmunks and squirrels play. The parking space is tight but it was nice that it was a private covered space. Would definitely return.

Great space to get away

Amazing place to stay. Great location, easy access to downtown Breck, close to the pool and hot tubs. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook in the condo, board games to play, and a great tv set up. My only “complaint” (hardly a big deal at all, and nothing they can do about it) is the parking space is TINY. We’re lucky our car fit in the space! So, if you have a large vehicle, you may need to park elsewhere. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming, quiet place to rest!

Breck condo

Condo was nice. Newer updated furniture which they should picture on VRBO site not what is currently shown there. However parking was a super tight space. Maintenace was in our parking spot when we arrived. Because condo door is under the stairs and no lighting entry way is very hard to see the codes to enter to get in the unit.

The condo was perfect for us. The bed was comfy and we loved being able to walk into town for restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed hiking on the burro trail right from the condo. We’d stay at this condo again!

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable, and just steps to the hot tub/pool. This was perfect for our family ski vacation. The parking spot was a bit tight for our Honda Pilot but we were able to manage.

Cozy little condo

My family of 5 had a very comfortable stay. The condo was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the short walk to the Village for skiing, and it was easy to come back and relax and the end of the day. I had a question after hours on the day of check in, and the property manager responded within minutes. We would def stay here again!

Awesome Little Apartment near everything

This apartment was perfect. We had the Quicksilver lift 5-10 minutes away, walking distance. At night we could easily walk to town and grab a bite or drink without having to pay for an Uber. The kitchen was well equipped, clean towels and sheets, and comfortable sleeping. The hot tubs after a day of skiing are a steps away. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful condo

Had a great time hiking and mountain biking! Excellent location - Would love to visit again! Only drawback was not having laundry within the unit. Can be tough to find quarters for on-site coin-operated machines these days.
