All three rooms have an HDTV. A 65" Smart TV in the main room. A 55" Smart TV in a bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the last bedroom. The unit includes access to the Columbine Recreation Center, which is located steps away from the unit. The Center contains an outdoor pool, four hot tubs, etc.

This condo underwent a complete interior remodel. The remodel included a new custom cherry wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand-textured on all walls, new custom cherry wood vanities and sinks, new cherry wood doors throughout the unit, etc Other people have suggested that we might have gone overboard in our improvements for a 'rental unit'. But to us, this is more than an investment property; it's our second home. Like you, we appreciate all the fine details and finishes featured in the new luxury developments in Breckenridge.
