This cool condo at The Corral at Breckenridge is perfectly situated between the slopes and downtown: just a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Super6 chairlift and all the shops, restaurants and great nightlife on Breck’s Historic Main Street. It’s a fantastic choice that lets you and your group easily enjoy all that Breck has to offer, winter or summer!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a relaxing getaway space for up to eight guests. The large, inviting living area will make you feel right at home. We had an excellent stay at this condo for our yearly family ski vacation. We could quickly walk to the slopes or to Main Street for shopping/dining. The heated garage was very nice compared to the outdoor parking we have had at other condos. The property management staff made themselves available if we needed anything. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks!

Pros: The location was convenient; less than ten minute walk to the south side of main street. Easy access to Boreas Pass and southern locations. Condo was clean. Property management was helpful when needed. Having a dedicated garage space was good for cold nights. Cons: Access code for key box was not in any correspondence; spent about 20 minutes on the phone upon arrival trying to get into the property; not easy with two toddlers. Beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower doors in both bathrooms were not functioning properly (difficult to open). Trash is far away from this particular condo. Overall: Okay stay; recommend bringing your own pillows and mattress toppers if you want good nights of sleep. Management needs to be clear about how to access each property's lockbox in the arrival instructions.

Great location - close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough to retreat from the bustle of main street. Tons of space to spread out, and having a full sized washer & dryer was very helpful! The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was the perfect way to recover from hiking Quandary Peak. Highly recommend!

We had difficulties trying to get into lock box (little outdated). I have stayed at quite a few rentals and all had keyless entries. After many attempts we call the number for assistance. Got conflicting information, but after another code was given to us verbally, different than original instructions, we got in. Place was extremely clean, but rather musty smelling! King bed could use a foam topper. Amenities such as shampoo and soap were minimal, we had to go purchase additional. When cleaning fees, Vrbo fees and tax are about the same cost as nightly rate, seems no longer a good value. Especially when you need to take out your own trash( not near unit)! Will be more careful when booking in the future.

This unit almost felt bigger than portrayed in the listing, so our group had plenty of room to make ourselves at home. The unit was super close to the shared hot tub so we enjoyed that every night. The closest lift is a little bit of a hike in full gear, but nothing prohibitive. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great stay.

Easy check in and communication via text with the property management company which was nice when our flight was canceled and we arrived later than originally expected. A short walk to the slopes was fine with our 6 and 8 year old. There were board games and the hot tub was just around the corner from our place. It was nice to have our own traditional garage stall so we could keep all of our skis and outdoor gear in our own heated garage. Any gear that was wet was dry by the next morning without taking up room in the condo. It was also nice that the placed was stocked with everything you need, loved that there were spices and laundry and dish soap. We loved the place and will be back!

Our stay at Warriors Mark in Breck was very nice. We had 7 adults. It was a little tight for the two young adult couples staying in the one bedroom but the ā€œmaster bed and bathā€ were just right for my wife and I. The kitchen had plenty of amenities for cooking in; there’s even a crockpot available. There’s also a grill to use on the deck. The dining room table easily seats 8 and the family room was decent size. The pull out sofa was just okay—it could use a new mattress. The sizable hot tub was just a short walk and on the same floor as the unit. Unfortunately it did get shut down the last couple nights we were there for some reason, but there’s another hot tub across the street in the other Corral complex. The garage was great; the floors are heated so you can leave all your skis and stuff down there and they’re nice and toasty in the morning. The location is great. Once we figured out the direction, the walk to the Quick Silver chair lift was manageable. About 200 yards or so, mostly downhill from the unit. That made the return hike a little more challenging at the end of the day, but it was fine. You can definitely walk into town from the unit—only about 6 minutes. We would definitely recommend Warrior Marks at the Corral!

I've been staying in several VRBO units this winter as my own place is undergoing renovations and I have to say this is one of my favourites. It's a super spacious, open layout located a very quick walk to the south end of Main Street. The kitchen and living areas are large, there are plenty of cooking supplies for anything you may want to whip up, there's a full washer/dryer, and you have access to the heated garage and a second parking spot (though we only needed one). It does use radiant heat in the flooring, so if you get cold easily, turn it up when you get in as it takes a while to warm up. I think the condo information said 1* an hour. The hot tub was large, well heated, and always empty when we stopped by which was also a bonus compared to the often crowded tubs elsewhere. The only two downsides were there were no sponges provided in the kitchen and you have to make a completely separate stop to pick up/drop off keys, though luckily it's not a difficult stop. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and stay again (though I hopefully won't have to if mine gets finished finally!).

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Three small quibbles: (1) the walk to the quicksilver lift is not far, but it was a hair longer than anticipated and in my view just a bit too long to do in ski boots, with gear; (2) although the kitchen was well-furnished, it lacked a corkscrew (which seems easy enough to remedy); and (3) especially given the price point it seems unnecessary to require renters to go to a separate location to pick up keys to check in (and drop off at the end of the stay); most properties I’ve stayed at have moved to combination locks, which makes arrival and departure a bit easier. Overall though we enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

This is a very cozy property with plenty of space for the price. Located very near peak 9, the location was very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and feel like home. My only room for improvement was the garage and communication around it. The code we were given was incorrect. I called Summit Mountain Rentals thrice about it. I was told that they would check with the manager or property owner but never got a call back. Furthermore, contactless check in/out is much much more efficient/convenient. Need to implement that option.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. Having a washer and drier was great to clean base layers after skiing every day. Very good location. Close to Peak 9 lift. Close to walk to town. If you plan on renting ski equipment in town I would suggest renting a locker at Peak 9. The skis did get heavy carrying them back and forth, plus walking in the boots is not easy with ice.

Great spot. Would recommend. You do have to check-in at a front desk instead of like just accessing a lockbox which is not ideal. However, the check-in process was easy and went smoothly. People at the front desk were cool. Great spot. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!
