After an exciting day of exploring the dramatic peaks, green forests and eclectic downtown of Breckenridge, imagine walking into this modern home with a sleek interior design, high-end finishes and complete amenities. Do you relax in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite show, or do you unwind in the private hot tub and enjoy the mountain views? When you book this townhome, you give your group all these things and more!

Chimney Ridge Lupine Townhome is a remodeled premium townhome in the heart of Breckenridge that sleeps up to 10 people. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Main Street and an even shorter walk to the Peak 9 base area of Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you don’t feel like walking, a free shuttle stop is just a block away. There’s also a private 1-car garage that will keep your car warm and dry if you prefer your own transportation.

The living area is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa with a chase situated in front of the gas fireplace. Two cozy chairs are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you read the newspaper and watch the sunrise through the east-facing windows. The huge wall-mounted flat-screen TV is perfect for catching the game or watching a movie with the kids. Just off the living area is the private hot tub with mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen area features stainless steel appliances and contrastingly beautiful quartz counters. There’s plenty of counter space for even the most demanding chefs, and there’s also plenty of seating (room for 6) at the breakfast bar for the backseat cooks and sous chefs to supervise as well. The attached dining area features a large table with room for 6. There’s even a separate porch off the dining area that has a gas grill for barbequing.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, hotel-like toiletries, and plenty of fresh towels and linens. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Nicely updated condo with everything needed. Good location for skiing, about 5 block walk to snowflake lift. The community pool and hot tubs are great - a block away. The hot tub on the deck is a great bonus! Great updates/communication from rental property. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. Comfortable spaces. Had an issue and reached out and the property manager was very accommodating. The upstairs bedrooms (bunk and queen room) have Jack and Jill bathroom. Garage space is narrow for a minivan. Had to pull in our side mirrors for the van to fit.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was. The layout is perfect and there is plenty of room to comfortably fit guests. We loved the hot tub and everything is nicely updated. We had a wonderful stay with our friends and would definitely come back next time.

Rented for a gal pal week in early August. Lovely townhouse within easy walking distance of Main Street & the gondola. Recently remodeled with quality materials. Small hot tub on the deck & access to a pool within walking distance. 3 full baths. The only downsides: way too many locked owners' closets including the main closet in the master bedroom & the pantry area in the kitchen, lots of family photos all over (I have never seen this in a condo/townhome previously), half of 2nd bedroom closet was stuffed with old furniture, top drawer in master was full of odd knickknacks, very small dusty decks with only 1 plastic chair on each, needed more hand towels & wash clothes (not even 1 each for the 5 of us). The downsides were not major items, but could & should be remedied. There is plenty of room in the garage for more locked storage for the owners. It is a lovely property and well-maintained.

This property is walking distance to Main Street and mountain trails. The property is family owned, so much better stocked than other VRBOs. On-site laundry was nice, but front loader washer was a little musty. Overall, we would recommend the townhouse for your next stay.

Location is far enough away from Main Street, but not too far (5 minute walk). Well equipped with grill, hot tub, washer/dryer, etc. WiFi is the only downside. Worked well on the main floor, but not upstairs.

Had everything we needed and much more. Extra towels, pillows, fully stocked kitchen with every appliance, cookware, you name it. We had a great time and the hot tub is fantastic, right off the living room.

The condo was well appointed and in a great location to town and mountain base (both walkable). The hot tub was not working from the get go and it seemed like they knew about it and didn’t tell us. We got there on Saturday night and the next day when we noticed it I notified them. I called a few times during the week and the maintenance crew came Friday (unbeknownst to us) and it was fixed. Only knew it was fixed because my husband went and checked it. They did provide a refund but not enough to make it worth it. After a long day of skiing, our family enjoys the use of a hot tub. Very unfortunate and some things out of their control, but I was upset they didn’t let us know up front and that it took 5 days to get anyone out there.

This is a wonderful property with a great location to slopes & downtown. We almost maxed out occupancy with our 4 adult children, 2 spouses & our first grandson (6 mo), so a total of 9! This was a last minute trip so I was a little worried it would be enough space. The common spaces are very roomy & handled our family easily. It is beautifully updated. We used all the sleeping spaces including the pull out couch. It was indeed a short walk to the quicksilver lift (& I have to walk in ski boots so…). We either skied down to the gondola parking or down the four ā€˜o’clock to the street & my husband picked us up at the end of day. The property is set up perfectly to store equipment & gear just inside from garage. Parking was generous. The hot tub was a wonderful recovery from being deeply chilled, & sore muscles. *Just a couple of small notes for a higher end property. Why the super cheap Kleenex & toilet paper? Also could use a better mattress in queen, & higher quality sheets too. I could not find bedding for the pullout but we made it work.

We stayed at this property with our family of four, including two children. The home was very clean and well cared for. It had all the expected amenities.We enjoyed ending the night in the hot tub. The location was excellent, and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in a beautiful space that was open, but had different levels for some separation. The location to everything was really great and ideal for coffee, walking, shopping, and food. We were close the the tram up the mountain as well. We had an awesome time.
