Family Room / Lower Deck: The downstairs living area is complete with a full-size couch, large flatscreen TV w/ cable, an electric fireplace, a stationary bike, and access to the lower deck and hot tub! Plenty of movies and games to choose from, this is a perfect room for bonding with family and friends! Outside on the lower deck you will find an 6-person jetted hot tub that looks over the Blue River. A sensationally relaxing experience!

Second Bedroom & Bathroom: The downstairs area also has the first bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite private bathroom!

---2nd Floor – Ground Level ---
Garage: While there is no parking available in the garage, this is a great place for your skiing and hiking gear!

Mudroom / First bathroom / Laundry: When entering the home from front door, you'll find a room that is fitted with dynamic fashion for changing out of your ski gear or cozying up on the leather chairs with a good book. The mudroom has direct access to a full bathroom with steam shower and laundry machines! (Interior access to garage from mudroom as well!)

Living Room: Continue past the stairs to enter the main floor living room, that is home to premium leather couches, a flatscreen TV with cable, an electric fireplace, and plenty of natural light coming through the surrounding windows!

Dining Room / Kitchen: Adjacent from the living room you'll see both the dining room and kitchen! The dining room table seats eight comfortably with a breakfast bar separating the dining room and kitchen! This kitchen has everything you could need and more! Whether you're cooking up a storm for the crew on the 6-eye gas stovetop or baking your favorite dessert in the oven, this fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. Be sure you'll have everything you need including, a large sink, dishwasher, microwave, and all the appliances, including: a crock pot, blender, coffee maker, and more! There is also a reading nook nestled next to the dining table, one of the best places to drink coffee while watching moose, deer, and fox, roam around the river and forest! Main Level Deck: The spacious main level deck surrounds the home, allowing for expansive views of the Blue River, Bald Mountain, and surrounding nature! Wildlife love the river area, so don't be surprised to see moose, bear, fox, and deer roaming around! During the summer, the main level deck will be completely set with outdoor seating and full-size table, a full size grill, propane firepit, a heat lamp for ultimate outdoor enjoyment!

Third Bedroom & Bathroom (Shared): Head up the stairs and hang right into the second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, dressers, and a full-size closet. This bedroom shares a full-size bathroom with the third bedroom. Extra towels and linens can be found in the bathroom closet!

Fourth Bedroom & Bathroom (Shared): The third bedroom features two twin size beds, a dresser, and a closet. This room shares a full-size bathroom with the second bedroom.

Primary Bedroom & Bathroom: The master bedroom is set luxuriously with a king-size bed, private balcony, additional seating, and a full-size closet. The master suite has a private bathroom stocked with double sinks, vaulted ceilings, and a walk in shower.

In the summer and fall, time is well spent on the roomy sunny wraparound deck outfitted with shade umbrellas, lounger chairs for napping and reading, a top-of-the-line Weber gas grill and pebble centerpiece fireplace.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
