Enjoy The Illusion Of Seclusion!

Nestled on over an acre, between aspens and lodgepole pines, our cozy, family-friendly 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin is a great getaway! The original cabin was one of the first in the neighborhood, built in the 1970s adjacent to an old gold mine, and expanded over the years. Enjoy the sound of Bemrose Creek as you take in views of North Star Mountain and Quandary Peak from the outdoor deck or explore the on-site creek and trails!

The cabin is a sprawling one-story featuring a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom and office nook. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, work desk and a bathroom just steps away; and the third room with one queen-size and one twin next to the third bathroom. A roll-away twin is available, if needed. The outdoor deck boasts a gas fire pit and grill, dining table, lounge chairs, and HUGE 6-person hot tub. The large living room and dining/game table are great for family time. Appliances include a full-size LG washer and dryer. High speed internet and basic cable provided.

Easy access to Hwy 9 and a 10 minute drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Five of the easiest "14ers" just a short drive away! Bookings and traveler support is managed locally by PMI-Breck with 24/7 customer support and the property is maintained by the owner who lives next door. The Town of Breckenridge is at 9,600 ft above sea level and the cabin is even higher at around 10,650 ft. The high alpine environment is quite unique...the bluest skies you'll ever see and thick forests of soaring trees. The stars at night are amazing!

Summit County Short-Term Rental Permit #: STR20-00177. Maximum occupancy is six (6) overnight guests. Maximum approved parking is 4 spaces.

House was great with vista views! Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, spices etc. 10 mins to Breck. Hot tub was one of the best I have ever been in, tons of jets for the back. The 3 bedrooms were separated for privacy. The enclosed deck was great for the dog. Even visited the stream in the back yard a few times. Everything was labeled so you know what switch and remote was for what light or device. Easy to find off the freeway. Parking was great. Would stay there again!

We LOVED our stay!! We really enjoyed the hot tub and used it every day with the October weather in full swing. The views off the deck were wonderful and the cabin was cozy, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable and layout was perfect for us. Check in and out was easy and communication was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location! Close to main Street but far enough away to feel a little more secluded. House was everything we needed and more. Deck was perfect and we saw a mommy and baby moose one morning. The little waterfall on the property was really relaxing. Hot tub was huge ! Thanks for a great stay!

AMAZING home!!!

We stayed here for the week of Christmas, with plans to ski for a few days in Breck. This house was AMAZING. The hosts were incredible with decorating the house for Christmas and it had the best warm and cozy feeling. I also appreciated the availability/communication of the property manager. Truly a home away from home. Plenty of great games and movies to cozy up by the fire with. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The views from living room/backyard are breathtaking. Highly recommend! Trying to plan our next trip here already!!

Secluded Getaway

The property was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the large hot tub. It was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. The kitchen was a little small but we made it work. It was very well stocked. We had a great time and will book it again in the future.

Charming Cabin in the Woods

This charming cabin is perfectly nestled on a corner lot in a just far enough location. There are so many great things about this cabin but the back porch was amazing. Views, hot tub, fire pit, creek and even a moose sighting. We saw a mama and baby moose one morning. It was a perfect getaway cabin. We will come again.

right at home...

As soon as we pulled in the driveway, we felt right at home! This property is exactly as listed, perhaps even better. This home has everything you need to feel right at home, including many amenities that other properties don't have. There were spices and oils so that we truly could cook a few meals during our stay. There are plenty of towels including enough for hot tub use. There is no way that the photos could capture the true beauty of this property! We spent most of our time on the spacious deck that is complete with the hot tub, dining table, and comfortable seating around the beautiful fire pit. The owner, Cheryl and the property management company both reached out during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which we so appreciated! The quick drive to gorgeous trail heads, and downtown Breckenridge is the exclamation point that makes this home truly the perfect place to stay! We will absolutely book this home when we return to Breck!

Mountain Getaway

The place was exactly as described online! It had beautiful views, the waterfalls and creek were amazing and our dogs loved them. It was the perfect getaway for relaxation for my fiance and I. The hot tub was used daily and was nice that the deck was gated in for our fur babies to enjoy and not have to worry about. My only quibbles would be that the deck was quite dirty from the leaves and acorns and we had to sweep all that off and that there were no condiments in the fridge. We did all our cooking there, so just would have been nice to know to bring that stuff instead of buying all new. Those are very minor setbacks and didn't ruin our stay in any way. We would definitely come back again!!

Beautiful Mountain View!

This was a great place for us to stay while exploring Breckenridge and surrounding areas. Very clean inside, smelled fresh even though they allow pets :) There are close neighbors, but never heard them. The only thing you will hear is constant traffic. They have everything you could possibly need as far as kitchen and bath items. Very large, gated deck to keep our pet safe while we enjoyed the spectacular mountain view. The stream is right behind the house and we enjoyed hearing and watching the waterfalls flow. We didn't use the hot tub-the cover was pretty dirty/covered with tree droppings/pollen, as was the entire deck. That happens with so many trees around if not kept up with. The few issues we have that are negative would be that the couch and chairs inside the house are worn/sunken and not comfortable to sit in. The hair dryer was annoying, and the fitted bedsheet would not stay on the bed lol. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Great Stay!

What a beautiful property! The location is perfect - far enough out to feel secluded but still a quick and easy drive to Breckenridge. The layout is great- each bedroom has its own bathroom and is set apart from the others. Very well-equipped kitchen. The star of the property is the big, beautiful deck. We loved hanging out around the gas firepit and listening to the sound of the nearby creek. So relaxing! Next time we'll stay longer!

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the huge deck was to die for! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We grilled most nights and stayed in after long days of hiking. The neighborhood is beautiful and we took our dogs on long walks wishing we had our own home there. The house was very comfortable and we hope to return again next summer!

The view from this property is unbeatable, and the spa tub was lovely as well. If you're there during snow season (we stayed Memorial Day weekend and it still looked like winter!), watch out for ice falling from the roof.

Stay review

Location was 9 minutes to Breckenridge gondola parking lot. Easy access from main road, 1/10th of a mile. No major hill climbs with vehicles (important during the snow season). Had substantial snow fall during the night, side road was plowed in early morning before leaving at 7:30 AM. House was clean, everything was functional. Jacuzzi, Bar-B-Q, clean & operational. Nice idea using heated pads at front entrance and walkway to Jacuzzi & Bar-B-Q. Host & Owner were great with prompt responses for a few questions on check in, mainly due to me losing the front door code. We had plenty of room for 6 adults. I would rent this location again.

Breck Ski Trip.

Q's Hideout - Winter Stay

Amazing property. We've stayed here for years and the accommodations are always fantastic. Incredibly clean, tons to do in/around the property, and GREAT place to stay for the holidays - owners decorate for the Holidays. We are snowboarders, and the property is incredibly convenient to Breck ski area as well as easy out when leaving town to head home. Love this place.

Birthday Vacation

This was our first time utilizing VRBO, we typically use the other sites but let me tell you! This was by far the best stay we have had the privilege of experiencing. From A-Z everything was perfect. We drove in from 20 hours away with our 2 dogs and 10yo daughter for my 31st birthday. It was our first time experiencing snow, much less driving in it but we were perfectly fine in my AWD telluride with snow mode and were pleased to find the cabin covered in snow when we arrived on November 5, 2023. Finding the location was a breeze and super close to all of the attractions, yet far enough out for privacy and beautiful sunrises/sets behind the mountains. The house was stocked with all the necessities, super warm & snuggly we felt right at home. The power did go out briefly but communication was a breeze so we just went to town again & it was back on by the time we arrived. The property itself was beautiful with the hill you’re able to sled down to the creek- where we saw we saw bear, fox, & multiple other tracks that crossed it. We especially loved the garage when it snowed, made coming & going especially easy. The closed in back patio with heated steps leading to the hot tub was a family and dog favorite! Cheryl is a sweetheart and even shipped an item I left behind. I can’t say enough good things about this property! If you’re ever looking for somewhere to stay in the area I highly recommend. We will be back to experience another season.
