"It was a quaint lovely cottage. Very clean. The communication with the owner was very fluid. The neighbours where we stayed and those we encountered on our walk, were very friendly. The only downside was that we thought it did face the lake... All in all we had a great stay !!"

"My family and I have stayed at multiple cottages via vrbo but this one was our favourite up to date. The hosts are kind, friendly and responsive. The cottage has everything you need, fully stocked and is fairly clean. We went here mid July for 2 days and the weather was warm and sunny. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking and I loved how the water is so warm, crystal clear and perfect in every way. I highly recommend water shoes since the water is rocky. I will definitely be returning! As we expected, the host Elia was very accommodating and the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Swimming was excellent, and our kids had so much fun on the large open lawn. Our favourite things ... space and the shallow sandy water entry! Lots of space inside and out. Living/Dining area allowed lots of room for family bbqs. Large table is great for game nights. We have extended family in the area. The outside deck offers lots of space to relax either in the sun or shade. The neighbourhood is quiet and...

"It's a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lake Simcoe is amazingly clean and blue, and we got lucky with the weather at the end of August. The house has everything you need, and more. We paddled on stand up paddleboards, we used kayaks, we enjoyed the lake view from both patios. Everything in the house is very well thought through, we were able to relax and enjoy it. We will definitely come back. "

"Nous avons passé 5 jours et tout etais parfait les enfants on adorer 8-16 et 18 ans la plage et le parc a 1 minutes de marche tout les commerce essentiel a 15-20 minutes de voiture. L'endroit est tres propre et tranquille les lits dans les chambres son confortable 1 dure et 1 moux. Tres bien situer a 1h de toronto, canada wonderland et wasaga beach."

The location is superb. The house is comfortable, the hot tub amazing and the view of the lake just perfect. Kayaks to use, a lovley garden to relax and spacious rooms to sleep.
