"Our family of 4 was here at the end of the summer for one night. The room was immaculate and roomy. It’s is a quiet area with a beach at the end of the road. The night that we were there everyone seemed quiet and in the room by 8pm. There was nothing else to do even though they have a fire pit and lawn games. With a tween and teen it would have been nice to have an evening activity even if it was just quiet. The restaurant on site was very convenient but we only had breakfast."

Definitely recommend upgrading the bathroom. For this level of resort, was surprised to have a rusted light fixture, 80s style vanity and 80s style shower/tub. A snack or cookie at the front desk would be a plus - always find this a memorable touch."
"Attention to detail on every level. The property is meticulously landscaped, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the grounds and rooms are sparkling clean, updated, amazingly well kept. The bed and bedding are rich and cozy. The innkeeper walked me to my room, showed me around, and left a box of chocolates! This will undoubtedly be my stay when I visit the Cape. Conveniently located, well lit, safe, parking right in front of your room. Excellent :)"
"Host was friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and beds were comfy. There was a pizza place on the property which was delicious, I think unrelated to motel but worked out for us after a long day. Great location. "

The room was so clean and spacious could use a little table 😉 other than that the location was perfect, steps to the beach, steps to the pelham restaurants, little cafe shop steps away and a short drive to other excellent restaurants. The car was right outside our door. As parents we know how much stuff we carry around so the convenience of this place was A+.It was so quiet and the staff was so attentive and helpful. The pool was a great plus our kids...
