"Truly a great stay"

"We had an outstanding two\-night stay at White Elephant Palm Beach with our family of four, including our two teenagers\. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome\. The service was exceptional throughout our stay\. We would especially like to thank Junior, who is Brazilian, Karenand Damion for their kindness and professionalism, although it would be unfair not to recognize the entire team, as everyone was truly wonderful\. "A lovely hotel"

Me senti em casa! Simples e eficaz! "

"Great stay, awesome location, love the staff and pool area, even though you are steps from the beach"

"This was my first time at the Nora Hotel. I have already booked 2 trips back in January & February. I LOVED this hotel. It was beautiful. Colors Are so rich. Jacks bar downstairs is amazing & has a beautiful Steinway piano with an excellent piano player named Colin playing music every night. My room was beautiful. Rug, bed, double wardrobe closets. Bathroom perfect & a huge balcony/courtyard. Has a French style exquisite. Staff incredibly nice. Rooftop pool area is like being at a...

"Apartamento completo e muito bonito. Local agradável e perto da praia."

"Very nice and clean"

"Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. After a long international flight, I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM, exhausted, only to be told that despite having fully prepaid my reservation months in advance, there was no room available and no place for me to sleep. Instead of offering a solution, the staff told me I should contact Expedia to resolve the issue — at 10 PM, after traveling all day. That is completely unacceptable. Only after insisting firmly for about 30 minutes did a...

"If you want a peaceful stay, feel at home and good location, this is the place. Chet is a great host, welcome us gently and gave all details. His breakfast is really good, my wife loved it. I definitely will stay there again."
