"The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. "There was hair on every piece of linen in the room. The air conditioner is not in the sleeping area so it did not stay cool. Also the power for our room shut off around 4am (yes we reinserted the card and everything) our last night and when we called the front desk to report it, we were told the maintenance man wasn’t in yet. So we had to get ready in the dark without power."

"Nice property. Stay went well and only recommendation would be to have better lighting in the rooms. There were no ceiling lights in our rooms and just a few lamps. It was pretty dark. We would definitely stay again though."
