All communication with Katie the host was prompt, friendly and professional with check in and check out arrangements clear and simple. Plenty of towels, toilet roll, hand soaps etc. provided, welcome snacks and bottle a nice touch and dog towels also available. The apartment could benefit from the addition of coat hooks in the hallway, however this is a very small point as there is plenty of room in the wardrobes. We would...

"Sehr nette FeWo auf einem Landhaus. Die Ausstattung ist ungewöhnlich gut, alles was man braucht und ein bisschen mehr vorhanden. Sauber und komfortabel, fast wie daheim. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten in der Nähe, vor allem viel Natur. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Vermieter, viele gute Tipps. Auto notwendig!"

"Second stay in this lovely apartment. Nice things awaited us .i.e.chocolates wine tea and coffe. The whole experience of the apartment was a true joy. If I stayed again I’d not mind if I stayed in the whole time! Never slept better either. Everything was so immaculate. I don’t think a ny detail was left out. Feel refreshed. An absolute joy. Never stayed in such a n amazing place. Couldn’t fault a thing. Really!"

"The property is great for a couple. Home from home, with everything you need. The bed especially is very comfy. The garden sells this property with its amazing views stunning on a summers day. A little akward to find at first, however once sourced its a great find. Parking on the main road no car access but less than a minute walk so really not a problem. Great 3 day stay we had, And very dog friendly. "

"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"So clean and fresh. Lovely backing out onto the fields. With the hedge cut there are some amazing views over the valley. We didiss tea towels and an oven tray. But overall it was very good. WiFi from May. And even though we couldn't use the pool because of Covid. Ilfracombe has Soooo much to offer. Fabulous Taka trail. Walk to Lee. The Beach Tunnels and beach is a great experience. Well worth the stay. Ah and Tesco's is just up the hill. 10 min walk."
