The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential and commercial building. You can easily reach the apartment via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the large, open dining and cooking area. Here you can cook together with your friends, family, or colleagues in the fully equipped kitchen (spices, vinegar/oil, etc. – everything is there) and spend convivial hours at the beautiful large acacia wood dining table.

There are also board games for young and old. Say goodbye to boredom! Have a really good time.

The four lovingly and individually designed bedrooms lead off from the large common area – all bedrooms have super comfortable box spring beds (2x queen/2x king size) and hotel-standard bedding for your sleeping comfort. Each bedroom also has a Thomson Smart TV with Waipu TV and a fan for hot days.

For the little ones, we are happy to provide a baby cot, high chair, and children's tableware on request.

The two bathrooms are also located off the common area. The main bathroom offers enough storage space for all your toiletries and is equipped with a washer-dryer, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.

The guest bathroom has a separate toilet and a sink. Super convenient—no more waiting in front of a locked bathroom door.

Rooms 2+3 lead to another highlight of the apartment—the conservatory with its cozy sitting area. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax together in the evening—with a unique view of Braunschweig Castle.

The apartment is located in the heart of Braunschweig, the perfect starting point for exploring the city. This means you are very close to the colorful city life, which of course can sometimes be a little lively ;)

Close to the building (2-5 minutes on foot) are two parking garages where you can park for less than €10 per 24 hours. We will send you the exact details before your arrival.
