LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

The apartment is located in a holiday home on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (height above sea level 680m). The house is very quiet, is mainly used by the owners and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly at the forest. It is a 5-minute walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski run. Go to the center of town
in about 12-15 minutes.

FURNISHING :

The approx. 60m² large, sunny apartment with balcony was completely and extensively renovated and refurbished in 2018 and is very comfortable and cozy. In addition to a bedroom and an additional children's bedroom with bunk beds, there is an additional sleeping option in the living room on the pull-out sofa. In the living room there is a dining area by the window.
A large electric fireplace with panoramic picture is mounted on the wall, the high-quality large LED flat-screen TV is equipped with 3-D function (please bring your own 3-D glasses!).
The kitchen is completely new and equipped with a dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a large shower with glass partition, hanging toilet and vanity and a towel radiator.

OUTDOORS:

The large garden with lawn can be shared by the guests. A barbecue area is currently being set up. There is a parking space in front of the house - the apartment also has a garage.
