Welcome to our new apartment on the 9th floor!<br><br>This beautiful 3-room apartment impresses not only with its location, but also with its high-quality amenities and the breathtaking view of the mountain landscape from the balcony.<br><br>The entire apartment features high-quality vinyl flooring, which not only creates a stylish atmosphere but is also particularly allergy-friendly—since there are no carpets here.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need. An oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, and a microwave are all at your disposal. Even the little ones are taken care of, as children’s tableware and a high chair are provided.<br><br>The living room invites you to relax, and the sofa not only offers a cozy spot for a family movie night but also converts into a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space.<br><br>Tech enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, as the apartment features free Wi-Fi and a DVD/Blu-ray player.<br><br>We’ve thought of everything for the youngest family members. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a travel crib. There’s also a high chair, various puzzles, board games, and books to ensure the little ones have an unforgettable stay.<br><br>You’re also welcome to enjoy the pool and sauna. The pool is open in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for swimmers and in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for all guests.
