House was clean, besides a little sticky spill in a table in one bedroom that hadn't been wiped away from the previous renter. Didn't take much effort to wipe up. "Check in was easy and communication with host was instantaneous. When you get into Blue Ridge use your phone maps and host directions for more accurate directions up to the cabin. Our car gps took us up the other side of the mountain and it had a few off road areas. The right way is all paved. Beautiful views, great game room, close proximity to tubing, swimming, train, Mercier Orchard and many other activities.
