• In accordance with HG 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of article 2 paragraph (5). It is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please ensure you complete the online check-in form provided in the messages.

• We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.

• Please note that early check-in or late check-out will be subject to an additional fee.

• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.

• No pets or parties are allowed.

• For stays over 10 nights, additional cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries, will be scheduled and charged to the guest.

• If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.

• Please note that we are able to provide an invoice for your stay, upon request.
