Villa “Superb With Pool” with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Cooling Floor System

Located in Bras, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, this 224 m² villa welcomes up to 11 guests. It offers 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a sofa bed on the mezzanine. One suite features a bathtub. Two living rooms and a spacious dining area provide comfort for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking.



Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace.



The villa features a cooling floor system (not air conditioning). For optimal comfort during hot weather, keep shutters closed during sunny days, close windows when the outside temperature is higher, and ventilate mainly at night and early morning.



Baby cots are available for families with young children.



Please note: the house is not suitable for guests using wheelchairs.



Outside, relax in the private garden, use the barbecue, covered terrace, open terrace, and two private balconies. There is a pétanque court and a ping-pong table. The private outdoor pool is fully fenced and has an outdoor toilet, offering perfect spaces to unwind and cool off.



Four shared parking spaces are available on site. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. A video and audio recording device is installed in non-private areas at the parking entrance. Shared amenities include a playground, toys, and children's books.
