"We had a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and well maintained. The hosts made sure there was ample water and firewood.The property was beautiful with plenty of options to keep you busy.Bugs were definitely bad, but wearing the right clothing and using bug spray, worked well.I did find some ticks on my dog, but this is the woods and it’s to expected.I will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful place, beautiful views, great area! Check in was easy and accommodating. Cabin was nice, clean, and roomy. Kitchen was set up with all required amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Host responded promptly to my questions and were very friendly and attentive. "

"I rated a 3 for the listing as it should have a better description to find the house. It's on a 'two track' through woods with a fire number that is nailed up on a tree with other fire numbers."

"Sometimes you never know what you're going to get when you get to your VRBO. Sometimes the photos mislead you, but I must say everything shown in this listing is accurate. Everything about it was exceptional. Ben, who is the gentleman that corresponded with us through? All our questions was always available in a timely fashion. We will definitely be coming back to this magnificent place again in the future. So if you ever want to know anything more about this home, rest assured everything...

"Large cabin, very clean and well stocked. Secluded location and privacy was just what we were looking for. Loved the screened in porch, fire pit, decor, and comfort of the property. We requested the kayaks and some of us enjoyed a quiet ride down the creek. Bathtub faucet dripped persistently and the cabin loft area was stuffy. We thought the listing stated there was air conditioning- at least on the VRBO listing it was included. There was some kind of older air conditioning unit upstairs that...

"Great place for a long weekend stay. Very clean, well appointed kitchen Only negative think shower was broken, the bracket to hold the nozzle at a higher location, but still worked. Not a big deal."

"The house was perfect for what we needed. Being able to use the hot tub and firepit with the sense of privacy was a big plus for this rental. It was close to town for whatever we needed but offset enough to feel like we were in our own space. Its a lovely house and we would definitely rent again. "

"This little cabin was perfect for our trip. The beds were cozy and comfy me and my husband both slept great. It’s right on a small lake where we kayaked. We plan to be back with the kids. Also the campground itself was the most peaceful campground we’ve ever been to, we had the windows open the whole time and never heard a peep from the neighbors. "

"This little cabin was just right for our weekend getaway. The morning view off the lake alone are worth it. The only thing i will say is that the parking situation is a bit tight due the cabin being in an RV park. I don't believe we would have been able to get our truck and boat parked there. Otherwise, its a perfect little cabin getaway. Very, very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. "

"The cabin was exactly as pictured. Clean, ready to go. As a heads up, you do share the stairs down to the docks with the twin cabin that is next to you. Not a big deal for us at all. We were able to pull our boat up to the dock (launch is on Gunlock lake and you have a little, shallow, channel you'll need to go through to get to Shishebogama), which was super nice.."
