OUTDOOR LIVING: 10 acres of private property, covered hot tub, seasonal above ground pool (Closed October - April, not heated), furnished deck, Table Rock Lake views, kids play set, basketball, pickle ball and golf

GENERAL: Free WiFi, central air conditioning, water/mountain views, great for families. Selfie holding ID required upon booking. No third-party bookings allowed. minimum age to book 28. No parties or events allowed. No smoking. Damage deposit may be held until the end of reservation if no damage found, it will automatically drop off.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, granite countertops, dishware & flatware, stainless steel appliances

FAQs: 3 steps to enter, bedroom/bathroom on 1st floor, 2 exterior cameras (Ring doorbell & driveway)

Loved Gobblers Mountain!

This was the perfect place to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary with a family getaway. Every aspect was perfect from the communication, check-in/out, cleanliness, special/thoughtful touches in the home, pool, view, amount of space, and location. Could not recommend Gobblers Mountain more! Gorgeous property and very comfortable stay. We loved it!

Heavenly Getaway

Beautiful views, very nice manicured areas on the property. Entertainment for the young and old. So many wonderful activities with swings, pickle ball and basketball court. The golf areas and swings! The pool and hot tub are on the largest patio we’ve ever been on and incredible views! The house inside is also everything you could possibly want. The pool table and piano were awesome, too! I tried to download pictures but couldn’t get them to download. So sorry.

Absolutely fabulous property. Never tire of the view. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Had a feeling of complete isolation and very quiet setting but still quite close to services. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving vacation

The property was amazing- incredible lake views that you can enjoy inside or sitting on the large deck. Lots to do from pickle ball, basketball, enjoying the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit, ping pong, board games, etc. They have thought of everything. Lots of beds, very well stocked kitchen and house. Clean!!! Owners were so nice and helpful! We hope to stay there again!

Great setup fo large group.

Family of 16 ranging in ages from 3 generations all expressed how wonderful this place is. First, the house is beautiful with a great view of the lake and much to do on the spacious grounds. It was very cold while we were there, but several got in the hot tub and really enjoyed that. In the garage is a great arcade and ping pong table, with all kinds of scooters and riding toys. The driveway doubles as a pickle ball and basketball court. There is a fire pit that several of us enjoyed. We also took the drive into Branson for a show. Snow kept us limited on the number of trips into town. We had brought plenty food and remarked several time that it was a great place in which to be snowed-in. This place had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to our needs and questions. I highly recommend.

Best verbo we've stayed at

The house is amazing and was very well appointed with paper products, coffees, spices and toys. My 4yr old grandson said his favorite part of the stay was the garage, where the toys are. If you want a quite stay with beautiful views, this is the perfect choice. It's close enough to shopping and attractions when you want to explore. If you enjoy wildlife, there were turkeys and deer roaming freely within the 10 acre lot. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Pre Christmas Vacation

Awesome! View when you walk through the front door is spectacular. Beautiful property. House is very spacious and comfortable. Decor is very nice and there is plenty of things to do around the house. Plenty of room for a large group. Would like to come back in the summer and enjoy activities related to the lake there. Owners of property communicated very well with us and were very appreciative of us choosing their property for our vacation. Highly recommend this property for a Branson vacation.

BEST HOUSE YET

Our family of 6 adults (60 and under) and 4 children (4 and under) stayed 6 nights at Gobblers Mountain in November. It was FANTASTIC! Nobody cared if we went into the city of Branson, there was so much to do at the house. The kids asked every day to go to the playground, ride scooters, play in the bus. The adults wanted to play pickle ball during the day and board games at night. The toys and games entertained everyone! The house was very clean, spacious, and to our excitement decorated for Christmas! It had everything we needed and more. We sat on the back deck and ate several times and watched the sun set every night but one. The yard was well manicured and beautiful. The owner responded quickly to my emails and was extremely pleasant to ‘talk’ to. We've stayed at several vacation homes over the past 10 years and this one beats them all. We all want to go back soon! Thank you for letting us stay and play at your home!

Great location and setup

House is up to date and clean, the setup with the decks and pool/hot tub works well. About 40 minutes to all amenities on scenic roads. Great space for kids in the garage and open space for them to run around....

Unbelievable house, even better view.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Family vacation with 4 little ones and 8 adults and our every comfort was accommodated. The house itself is gorgeous, but the fringe amenities really put the icing on the cake. Pool toys, ping pong, cornhole, darts, basketball, board games, THE GAME GARAGE… rain or shine, you really have no reason to go anywhere. Every kind of dish to stay in for dinner and drinks, coffee options, and there’s even community spices for cooking. Everything is very helpfully labeled - instructions for how to operate the showers, which switch turns on what, how to adjust the thermostat. The property is fairly sizable and feels very private, while not secluded or remote. The view of the lake is absurd and that wasn’t even in our “top 3 favorite things” about this place. We did several touristy things in Branson, and our drive was consistently 15-20 minutes. The house was safe and clean, several of our party commented on the comfortable beds. Our next trip to Branson we will be seeking out this house without a doubt, hope it’s not already booked!

We loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures are exactly what you get - it's gorgeous. We had some minor problems with the property and the owners were quick to respond. We were 3 families, each with 2 kids. Tons to do even if we never left the property.

Amazing property

We stayed on 4th of July weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The house had everything we needed and more! It couldn’t have been more perfect for our big family stay! Not to mention the view of the lake is breathtaking and we had the best seat in the house to some really great fireworks all weekend long!

Everything was just beautiful! The view from the huge deck was spectacular. The house was spacious and could accommodate our family very easily. We spent many hours in the pool and hot tub and even took advantage of the kayaks. The owners were very kind and easy to communicate with. This property is everything it promises and more!

Lots of amenities, lots of great family time!

We spent four days at this property and never got bored! We love the huge open living area and the extensive back porch (the view is gorgeous … we spent every morning out there!). We could all be together but were never crowded. The owners are wonderful; very helpful and friendly (we couldn’t get the lights working down near the fire pit and they were in town tending to another property and made a special stop to get them going for us!). Our children loved the loft and bunk room, the private pool, game room, pool table, darts, porch Jenga, and so much more! The accommodations were truly luxurious. We had an amazing time and are already discussing when we can come back next year.
