This beautifully updated, this two-bedroom condo offers a serene Branson retreat. Highlights include two fireplaces and a balcony with alfresco dining. On-site Pointe Royale perks include a heated pool, tennis courts, and an 18-hole championship golf course. The kitchen is complete with incredible appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. When we arrived at our check in time, they were still cleaning and had the dryer going. Was told that they would be a few minutes, 45 minutes later they were done. Guest/main bathroom shower was clogged due to hair in the drain from previous tenants, master bedroom had clothes under the curtains left. Made us wonder if they finished cleaning. Over all would go back, it was quite, peaceful and loved the pool.

Check in and communication is great, wonderful location. Unit smells like it may have been owned by a smoker previously. Carpet needs to be shampooed.

Worth it

Upon entering the property very nicely layout easily accessible to everything only downfall was Finding hair in bathtubs and blood on rugs kind of a dated unit but overall worth it in the end

Terrible

Once we arrived we unpacked and over heard the place next to us leaving and they told us their sheets were dirty. We checked our sheets and towel were all covered in hair. Not just a little hair. You could tell the sheet were not changed or cleaned. We messaged the host and was told the local team would be in contact. No one ever contacted us. We cleaned the sheet and towels ourselves and took 3 hours to clean it all.The next day I emailed Vacasa about the situation and told the local team would contact me. Never heard anything again and still haven’t. I will never recommend them

Great location but needs a deep cleaning

Location is good but the unit smells like smoke when you enter. Bedroom setup is good with a king master & 2 queens in the other bedroom. The carpet is in DESPERATE need of a deep cleaning and was a big problem for our family with 2 infant/toddlers.

The condo was very clean. It could use a little TLC. There is a very loose board on the deck that needs to be replaced. And the floor in the living room is very loud when you walk around. Felt bad for the people below us. But overall very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy and all slept well. Even on the sofa sleeper.

Pros and Cons

Pros: toy bin and pack and play for kids. Layout of condo, clean, deck off living room. Cons: dryer works but takes 3-4 cycles to completely dry clothes, microwave did not work and no replacement was given. Key cards for front gate and pool did not work. Washer leaked but had drain pan under it.

Home Away From Home

The condo was modern and updated but very simple, chic, and cozy. The condo had everything we needed including linens, cookware, games, detergent, and my favorite was the bedside fan. I loved the throw blankets that were placed throughout, it really made you feel welcome and at home. Also the living room swing was so cozy and a neat touch to the space. The only negative I can say is that the hot water did go out on us during our stay and the cold shower was horrible. But I have 5 stars anyway because when I contacted customer service regarding the problem maintenance was immediately contacting me in less than 5 minutes and got the matter taken care of. Usually my husband is ready to leave at the end of our vacations but this is the first time he said he wished we could stay longer. We both enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!!!

Family Vacation

Overall we had a good experience, the condo appeared to be cleaned. Our last night their we used the oven and afterwards a roach came out from behind the oven. That was the only negative thing about the condo itself. We were very disappointed with the indoor pool,the photos make it appear much larger than it is,we were never able to use it as 2 or 3 families fill it up and it was busy everytime we checked. Staying there saved us enough money that we could do other things so that was nice.

Wonderful rental in Branson

We loved our stay! Kids enjoyed being around the corner from the pool, the 24 hour gym made it easy to fit in a workout, the location was beautiful. All the appliances you might want for cooking meals on vacation. The most comfortable beds we’ve slept on in a rental! Thanks for letting us stay. We will be back.

Cute decorations, pretty area, small second bedroom

This property has some really great things: Pretty area, indoor pool, hot tub, basketball courts, pickle ball court. The condo had a closet of games and toys for the kids! Close to the main strip. It was clean. Property management was extremely helpful. The lockbox code would not work when we arrived for check in, but they worked out an alternate solution in less than 10 minutes. The reasons we would not stay here again: 1.) The 2nd bedroom (with the two queen beds) was VERY small. Smaller than the pictures. We had four of us in that room and it was very difficult. There are only 3 VERY small drawers. (The master bedroom also only had a couple of drawers.) So we hung as many clothes up as we could in the closet because there was no room for our suitcases to be out and open. 2.) The view was not great. It feels like you are in an apartment complex, which essentially is what it is. The view was of other apartment buildings. We usually stay right on Table Rock lake and have a view of the water, so this was kind of a bummer. The decorations were very cute and the kids loved the chair swing in the living room!

This was a great place to stay during our family weekend in Branson! I missed, when booking, that it was on the top floor… which made it a little difficult for me. It was a quiet neighborhood and the location was great! Our family would choose ti stay here again in the future!

Excellent Value with Everything We Needed

The property was super clean and tastefully updated. We were concerned about having more space but it ended up sleeping my family of 7 super comfortably. Couldn't be more pleased with our stay and the amenities of the property.

Overall a very nice experience. The condo was very clean, well stocked with fun/modern decor. We made use of the pool, tennis and basketball in the neighborhood. We also took advantage of takeout pizza from The Pointe Bar & Grill.

Location was great! We did have some difficulty with parking. The ad said that there were 2 two spaces unmarked per unit but when we got back after shows in the evening we couldn't find a space and a space and ended up parking in the parking lot across the street. We had a small plumbing problem but I called the number provided for me and the problem was taken care of right away . Thanks for a nice week in Branson

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We needed plenty of beds and bathrooms. This place delivered on both. We found it to be clean. The kitchen was supplied with just what we needed to cook our meals. The coffee machine initially did not work, but we got it to going and it worked the whole time we were there. We would not hesitate to go back.
