The Space:

The Luxe offers a sophisticated retreat for your next getaway, featuring three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms designed for ultimate comfort. The main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for preparing family meals. The living area is highlighted by soaring vaulted ceilings and a non functional fireplace creating an inviting space to gather. Guests can enjoy the private patio for outdoor relaxation or a friendly game of ping pong. The layout includes two king bedrooms on the main level, one of which is a master suite with a private ensuite bathroom, double vanity, and a jacuzzi tub shower combination. The second floor hosts a third bedroom featuring a king bed, plus 2 twin rollaway beds with linens in closet. This king suite with its own ensuite bathroom has a fun Pac Man arcade game for the kids at heart. Please note that this condo is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs, as there is no elevator in the building, though this ensures a quiet stay with no neighbors above you. For added convenience, a queen deluxe air mattress is available, ensuring plenty of sleeping arrangements for larger groups. All bedrooms plus living room feature smart tv's for your streaming services only.



Guest Access:

You will have full private access to our second floor condominium, which features a private entrance for your convenience. During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy the extensive resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, tennis courts, and a hot tub. The property also offers direct lake access for fishing and outdoor relaxation. We are part of the "Stay & Play" offered by Pointe Royale. Call the Pro Shop to schedule your tee time. The cost is $60 per person for 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99). Please note that guest entry information will be sent to you approximately 26 hours before your arrival. You must provide your building and unit number, along with your departure date, to the gate attendee to gain access to the resort premises.

Getting Around:

The property is located at 141 The Bluffs in Branson, Missouri, providing easy access to local attractions by car. While public transportation options in the area are limited, guests will find that major destinations such as Silver Dollar City, Branson shows, shopping centers, and both Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo are just a short drive away. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience, though please note that boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are strictly prohibited and may be towed by the resort at the owner expense.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide a selection of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. You will also find a starter supply of laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, hand soap, coffee pods for the Keurig, toilet paper, and paper towels. Please note that our check-in time is 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. Free parking is available, but please note that boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted and may be towed by the resort at the owner expense. Fireworks are also strictly prohibited.

We want your stay in Branson to be as seamless as possible. You will receive your check in and entry instructions via email approximately twenty six hours before your arrival. During your stay, we are always available through the messaging platform to assist with any questions or recommendations you may need. We typically respond to all inquiries within a few hours to ensure you have everything required for a comfortable visit.
