Situated on the top floor, Table Rock Lake is right at your doorstep, offering a serene retreat for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom features a new king size bed and there's a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. While the master bathroom includes a rejuvenating jacuzzi tub, shower, and dual sinks, the main bathroom, conveniently located in the living room, offers a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully equipped to be able to cook a full meal. A private deck with seating area and an electric BBQ grill, perfect for dining or simply enjoying the lake view. Additionally, guests can rent a boat slip at an additional fee of $50 a day if they're traveling with their boat. (Please check availability first)
Less than a 1 mile away to Indian Point Marina and or Silver Dollar City and only a few minutes away to Branson attractions, you will love the location of this Table Rock Lake Condo on Indian Point.

IMPORTANT INFO :
-Boat slip is available at a first come first serve basis. Before booking this condo, please contact us to ensure boat slip is available to rent from us at $50 a day. Boat slip is located at Indian Point Marina which is where you will also launch your boat. 1/2 mile from the condo complex. Boat trailer parking is located by our main office at Hunter's Friend Resort which is also 1/2 mile from the condo. We'll be happy to assist you with parking on your check in day. Please contact us.
Each condo at this property has one assigned parking spot. Extra vehicles must be parked in areas that are not reserved for other condos.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

-We have a strict NO PET policy. Please do not ask if we can make an exception. violation of this policy will result in eviction with no refund.

-Items we do not provide are hair dryers, toiletries, laundry detergent, food, spices, beach towels, paper towels, (we do provided fabric towels) we also provide starter amenities like dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hotel size shampoo and bar soap to last you a couple days until you have a chance to do your shopping.

- If renting a boat slip, you will be able to pay for the additional fee at our main office or over the phone. All info including boat slip/launch/trailer parking will be provided when we send check in information a few days before guests arrival.

-FREE EV charging for our guests near our main office.

-We provide initial stock for dishwasher detergent, soap and toilet paper to last you for a few days. We do not restock.

-There’s a washer and a dryer in the condo and you are responsible for washing and reusing the towels.

-This condo is located on a top floor which is technically 2 floors ups from the parking lot level. There's no elevator.

-Wifi, and check out instructions are posted in the condo. Please review our house rules for a safe and fun vacation.

-If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will be required to use our extra parking space near our office as this property allows only 2 cars per condo.
