As you step inside, you will be greeted by a cozy and inviting main floor living area that is perfect for lounging and spending quality time with family and friends. The living area boasts a large sectional sofa and electric fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance for conversation or family movie night. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze.

This townhouse features three comfortable bedrooms, where you can unwind and recharge for the next day's adventure. Our comfortable and inviting bedrooms have been designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. The main floor master bedroom features a walk-in shower, providing an additional level of convenience and accessibility. Two spacious queen bedrooms located upstairs, each with its own private access to a deck, where you can relax and cuddle up with your favorite book. Full size, memory foam, trifold mattress is provided for extra sleeping space for guests.

Escape to one of the two outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh air or dine al fresco.

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

Important Information and House Rules:

-Renters must be over 25 years of age.
-Rental agreement and copy of drivers license required after booking.
-NO SMOKING
-*Pets CONSIDERED. We are dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider 1 SMALL (<40lbs), ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Pets must be completely house trained (no puppy pads), are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors, leashed and picked up after outside, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
