Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm. Check out is 10:00 am.
You must be 21 or older to book the property.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for
any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs on the premises or its
facilities. Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal
belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is
agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm
arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use
the premise.
Please inspect the condo within 24 hours to let us know if you need
anything.
Smoking is not allowed inside the condo. If there has been smoking in the
condo during your stay, you agree to a penalty cleaning fee of $700.00.
You may smoke on the back deck/patio, an ashtray is provided for your
use.
Pets are not allowed. If pets have been in the property during your stay,
you agree to a penalty cleaning fee of $200.00
You are not permitted to hold a party in the condo or make unreasonable
amounts of noise. If contrary to this agreement, you hold a party in the
condo or disturb the neighbors, you agree to vacate the condo
immediately upon our request and with no refund for unused days.
The washer/dryer is always available for your use and convenience.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use the appliances for their intended uses.
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are
included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Please lock all doors and close all windows (both patio doors) when
leaving the condo.
