If you are planning on spending some time at Siver Dollar City, you are only about a mile away, so close you can hear the legendary train whistle while sitting on the back deck enjoying the view of the Ozark hills!

Located in Notch Estates, a quiet complex in the middle of over 300 acres of wooded Ozark mountains. Our queen bed has a comfortable 4-inch foam topper to give you the extra comfort of a great night of sleep away from home. There is a brand new and very comfortable sofa (with queen size sleeper) and large TV in the living room so you can unwind after a fun day on the lake or in Branson. This condo has a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and includes everything you might need, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. Included are cable, a smart tv and free wi fi. The unit has just 1 flight of stairs up to it with plenty of parking right in front of the building. Also, we do offer boat and trailer parking (unavailable in many other condo resorts).

Close to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake and also puts you just minutes away from the dazzle of shows, several lake docks and marinas, and the many activities that await you on the Branson strip. There are two pools in the resort, the large main pool, and another smaller pool with zero entry access, a great place to hang out with little ones. There is also a playground and basketball goal. To top it all off, there are multiple hiking trails around the property. You can bring your fishing poles and hike down in the valley to a great little catch and release fishing lake. If you're looking for an updated, comfortable and happy condo that is quiet and out of the traffic of the Branson Strip, but close to Silver Dollar City, this is the place!
