Summary:

This 3-bedroom condo is the perfect spot for your Branson vacation! Located just 5 minutes from the famous HWY 76 Branson strip, 10 minutes to the Silver Dollar City, and about 8 minutes to the closest marina, it is easy access to all Branson has to offer! This condo is only one story, and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room and a back deck looking out over the Ozarks! We hope we get to host you soon!



The Space:

Welcome to our condo at the Vineyards! Walk in the main door of the building and straight ahead - the door to the condo is on the left! It opens into the dining area! The open concept of the main living area means the kitchen, dining table and living room are all together! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you need for making your favorite meal! Gather the family around the dining table, or head out to the table on the back deck, and enjoy a meal together! The living room has a comfy couch, perfect for relaxing on your vacation! There are three bedrooms - two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has a queen bed! The master bathroom has a double sink and walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 features a shower/tub combo!

The Vinyards Terrace is a beautiful condo community with an outdoor pool at the end of the row, open seasonally!



Getting Around:

The Vineyards Terrace location is ideal, just 5 minutes from the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!



The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



Or take a short 8 minute drive to Silver Dollar City, one of Branson’s biggest attractions! Silver Dollar City is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



More options of fun things to do with Table Rock Lake also just minutes away! State Park Marina is 10 minutes from the condo, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.



Interaction with Guests:

No need for keys! You will be able to check yourselves in with the keypad lock on the front door. We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be available to help if you need anything!
