Perfect for four couples to hangout and catch up on life. The condo was clean and the four bedrooms each having a bathroom was awesome. It was a perfect location.

Family time in Branson

The location of the property was great. The home was nice with plenty of room for our family.Had an issue on our first night we realized that there were no pillow cases for any of the bedrooms at about 10PM, so we had to make a trip to Walmart.The second morning the dishwasher was leaking around the door. I called the office to report this. The repair person showed a a couple of hours later. He agreed that the door seal was leaking. He stated that another repair person had worked on this a few days ago and had put the a new seal in but it appeared to have been installed wrong. He told us that he would have that repair person come back and repair it properly. He told us to lay a towel under the door until the repair man returned. The repair man never returned and we were never contacted by the office again, the towels were still on the floor after our10 day stay. I'm not sure where the break down happened.I have contacted the office by email several times and have been told someone from management would contact me, as of today no one has contacted me?Jerry

5 bedroom 5 bath condo.

Condo was beautiful and location was perfect. Cleanliness left something to be desired. Not sure if management is monitoring housekeeping staff or where the problem lies. Plenty of bath towels but some bathrooms had no hand towels or wash rags. There was one dish towel in the kitchen but no dish rags. We were hoping to use the grill but it was too rusty. Check in staff was great and the concierge was very, very helpful. Again, great location and beautiful condo just hoping next time it will be a little cleaner.

Retreat for eight women

Family Vacation

Our stay was very enjoyable. It was very roomy for all of us to stay together. One suggestion I might have is in the bathrooms that have the walk in shower with seats (which was great) might add a grab bar next to toilet. Great place though.

Very nicely laid out floor plan and very nice property. The 4 bed 4 bath worked very well since we were with friends and own bath was a big deal.

Great location

The condo was in a great location. Very spacious for our family and exceptionally clean. We would definitely stay here again. Take advantage of their show pricing’s. We loved seeing the Petersons and our trip on the Branson belle.

I likely won’t stay anywhere else the next time we go to Branson. Great space for all with bathrooms in every room. Nice layout. Clean. Don’t look any further and just book this place already!

Disappointed in the condo

I wanted to give you all some feedback on the property as we had to cut our stay short and left this morning. I’m giving you this feedback prior to leaving a review. The property really needs some attention for what we paid per night. Here is a list for you and I truly hope you take care of these things. Master bedroom blind is broken in several places and the carpet is not in good shape at the bathroom juncture. Both drawers in the tv stand are broken. The ceiling fan rocks when on low and it is moving back and forth so much it makes noise and looks like it can come crashing down on you at any moment. The walk in closet has remnants from decorations all over the floor. The bedroom at the front left as you come in has a broken shower door. The living area: the counter tops and the dining table both were sticky and had not been wiped down. The wood floor has several spills on it and there Cheerios strewn about on the rug in plain sight. The sleeper sofa was broken and we were unable to use it for one of our guests as planned. When you sat on the sofa you sank so low you were sitting on the boards of the front of the sofa. I would also have expected that at least one toilet would have had a grab bar or something as you have very short toilets in the condo. The location of the property is awesome but honestly for what we paid we were very disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the condo. When you have me pay a cleaning fee I really expected the condo to be clean. When I wrote this to the owner, the response was just “thank you for letting them know and we will see to the items listed”, they offered no refund or compensation etc. I will never book this property again and will be hesitant to book through Vrbo again.

Branson

The rooms and beds were great. Living room comfortable. Appliances and fixtures old. Oven didn't work. Found mouse dropping in kitchen by trash. Floor was sticky by kitchen window. Trash under couch.. carpet dirty They were doing construction behind which was noisy. Way over priced by time you add VRBO fee and cleaning fees and taxes. They make you do all the work before you check out so not much for them to do. I didn't want to write this but you all kept sending this email to respond.
