Light N Up with a little RNR on Table Rock Lake

Tucked away in a end of the road meets Table Rock Lake in MO getaway, you will find the ease of walking to the campground, Baxter Marina or down to the beach; This 4 Bedroom 3 Bath condo is sure to be fun for the whole family or two!! Located not far from any Branson attractions if you need a break from the lake or shows, shopping and dining are more your thing.

Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen for those delicious home cooked meals or experience one of Branson's fantastic takeout menus on our large family dining room table.

When you are done, kick back and relax in our large living room, choose a board game, a intense game of cards or enjoy a movie. Don't worry we have multiple options for a movie or some binge watching of your favorite shows.

Need to take a dip in the pool, the clubhouse and pool are steps away from the front door. Take a dip in the zero entry pool or fall asleep on one of loungers around the pool deck.

Don't discount the option of a good hike at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park just a short drive from the front door, or even picking blueberries at Persimmon Hill Farms www.persimmonhill.com (Don't forget to grab a Thunder Muffin YOU WON'T regret it).

Best bang for buck.

What a great location and home. Our entire family was comfortable in our private spaces. Only hiccup was upstairs bedroom was not cooling when we first arrived but I contacted the manager and she got back with me most promptly and had repair people out and all was set right. We loved the outdoor space as much as the inside. We also loved the convenience of the pool when very small children were tired of the lake. I would not hesitate to use this property again. I would say if you see it’s available better book quick!

Absolutely perfect

We really loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and has so much space. Perfect for our family vacation. Being so close to the Marina was awesome with little kids. We would definitely stay here again and truly had the best possible stay.

Great girlfriends getaway!

Plenty of space for our group of eight adults. Would also be great for groups with kids, as there are living room/tv spaces both upstairs and downstairs. Close to Dogwood Canyon and Branson. Definitely recommend! My only suggestions are a bedside lamp in the main floor bedroom and wine glasses! :)

Great Experience

We loved our stay. We will definitely think of this rental for future trips. We loved how we could walk across the street to the marina, how close we were to Branson and how quiet the area was.

Loved our stay

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean and modern. Close to the lake/marina. Kids loved the pool and it was also kept clean. We really appreciated the big dining room table for meals all together. Comfortable couches, beds, and linens. This really had it all for us! One small suggestion would be small dressers/drawers in the bedrooms or closets to be able to fully unpack suitcases. Hope to be back some day!

Amazing modern property with beach and marina access very close

This property was very modern with all the amenities. The owners answered all our questions in a timely manner regarding our boat and the property. We had no complaints at all regarding the property or our stay! We will definitely be staying again!

Three days in Branson

The property was beautiful and the flow of the house was nice with plenty of space for all 8 of us. We enjoyed the back deck for breakfast and in the evening for dinner. The location to the lake and the marina was wonderful. The owner was very helpful in recommending the marina for boat rental and the marina staff was very helpful. There are a few recommendations for some small improvements. Blinds on the windows would be appreciated, especially the bedroom on the main floor. The curtains are light colored in this room and barely cover the width of the window. The porch lights (for this condo and the neighbors) are right outside of this window. Without blinds, the light just floods in at night and makes it difficult to sleep. The internet continued to be interrupted which made it difficult to watch tv as the programs continued to be paused. We ended up just turning off the tv all together. Overall, we enjoyed our time staying here and would stay again.

Home Away From Home

If you are looking for a beautiful, clean home that can accommodate a large family, this is it! Beautiful blue color schemes, all the necessities, 4 bedroom, 3 baths, separate living room areas for kids and adults, a large dining table, spacious porch overlooking Table Rock Lake. Cute, cozy, spacious! I could go on forever because I loved this Lake House! Thank you Megan for thinking of all the details! We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back!

GREAT condo!

This condo was perfect for our 3 families. The basement has 2 bedrooms and it's own living area with a television, games, and a patio area outside. The kids were entertained for HOURS! The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs were so spacious. It is obvious that the property owners thought about what families were going to need while there. The design of the condo was also nice. Even though it was attached to other condos on both sides, they were offset so you could enjoy sitting outback (on 2 different floors!) without worrying about seeing your neighbors.

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a great Thanksgiving getaway! This house was the perfect place for us to stay. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be able to relax but just a short drive away from all we wanted to do. The house was super clean and had plenty of room for everyone to have their “place”. It was perfect!

Moms and Daughters Getaway

Overall this property was fantastic! The house had plenty of room, was extremely clean with modern lakehouse decor. Very nice! Outdoor pool, restaurant, marina with boat rental are all within walking distance. The only downfall was that we got there too late to rent a boat and our teens wanted to swim in the lake. The swimmimg area/beach is about a 10 mintue walk and is shared with all guests using adjoing campsiites. We knew all of this before our arrival so it was no surprise. The property manager could not have been more helpful! Great property.

Excellent stay

The charm & attention to detail of this place was incredible. My friend & I booked a last minute trip with our kids. There was plenty of space, beds for all & everything we needed. The owner was quick to reply to all questions, prior to & during our stay. The location was convenient to the lake. I would highly recommend this place to anyone❤️

Great weekend getaway

Light N Up was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but great common areas for everyone to sit down together. The view of the lake from the condo was beautiful. Very relaxing and wonderful weekend for all.

The lake is our paradise

This is a beautiful property!! We loved the layout of the house and the way they have it decorated. We enjoyed the view of the lake sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. The owner's personal touches were my favorite!
