Heated Pool, Gorgeous and Large Condo in Resort!

Beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the gated Pointe Royale community. Enjoy tennis, indoor & outdoor pools, and a well-equipped fitness center. The condo is a short distance to the golf course, Clubhouse and Lake Taneycomo. Bring your fly fishing gear and fish straight from the private shoreside park. Close to Branson shows, theaters, and shopping. We allow up to two dogs with approval; please reach out and let us know a little about your furry friends.
A stay at our updated condo in the wonderful gated resort community of Pointe Royale will be a hit for your next vacation! We provide all of the comforts of home so you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in Branson. An outfitted kitchen, Laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs, and lots of games are waiting to make you feel right at home during your stay.

The condo is a walk-in with no stairs to access the entry and features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a private attached bathroom, and the second has a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom. As a third sleeping option, we have a pull-out sofa (best suited to children).

You will have free access to all of the wonderful Pointe Royale Resort amenities, including the beautiful outdoor pool, year-round indoor heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, discounted golf rates, restaurant and banquet hall, playgrounds, dog parks, Lake Taneycomo shoreline park access for fishing, and walking paths on the beautifully maintained grounds! The condo is located very close to the Clubhouse and resort amenities. This is a fun and beautiful community with a 24 guardhouse for entry and exit.

We are dog friendly with some requirements, please check out the house rules section. We do have a $75 pet fee per stay. There are two dog parks to exercise your furry friend, one of which is in close proximity to the condo.

We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

You will have full access to the entire condo and all spaces. As our guest you will have full and free access to all resort amenities.

The condo was beyond gorgeous. We didn’t find time to use the amenities at the clubhouse though but having the option was very nice. The layout and the size of the condo were perfect. The only downside was upstairs neighbors. It was empty most of the week until someone came to clean it and you could hear them vacuuming and moving furniture really well. Normally this wouldn't bother me but it was the night before we were to leave for home so we were trying to relax in the condo. Its hard to relax with the sound of a dog barking at a vacuum and furniture moving for hours. We didn't have a pet but it is nice the condo is pet friendly for those that do. It was nice to see people out taking walks. The area felt like a safe community. The person we interacted with at check-in was very nice and helpful. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They had everything labled and layed out in the condo. They even provided a nice assortment of snacks and coffee k-cups. The linens and towels were all clean and comfortable. I was a bit bummed the fireplace wasn't real especially on our first night there it was a bit chilly. I could go on about how comfortable and spacious this wonderful condos is but don't just take my word for it book it to check it out. The location is great too.

Our recent stay at your condo in Point Royale was wonderful close to town to come and go have lunches on the patio and show some love to our fur baby!Christene was just a message away if we needed anything which we didn’t. The condo was very clean the area was pet friendly for long walks with our fur baby and our kids. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay...checking in and out was so easy. The location is central to so many attractions, but in a quiet area. The Condo is in a gated complex so very secure. The Host was SO great with communication and I have to say this Condo was the cleanest of any rental we have ever stayed!!

Love the location and amenities. Unit was clean, beds comfortable and pet friendly. Liked having greenspace behind unit for daughter to play safely outdoors. Parking is usually right outside the door unless you come home late after shows and then you may need to park across street. Kitchen was functional and had a lot of tools. There are a couple of minor steps down into the unit or you can climb a slight hill and step over stone pavers, so it is not exactly completely walk-in ready if that's an issue for renters with mobility issues -- wasn't a problem for us. Unit is nicely styled, but I will note that the furniture in the dining room and living room area is very oversized making it difficult to move around and/or eat at the table especially with bar stools and counter behind the table. Furniture is comfy, however, in all rooms. Enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as was described. Easy check in/outCleanLocation was easy access to local attractions Communication with host was easy…host responded quickly to any questions. Only negative comment is that the pool, which is just a short walk away, is very busy. Lots of people trying to use the same amenities. Great Branson Stay

My group of four adults enjoyed our stay at this condo. We also had our small dog with us, and there was plenty of places to be able to walk my dog. The beds were comfortable, and the home was clean. Also the golf resort that the condo is located on provides a quiet, peaceful setting that is still conveniently located a short drive to the busy Branson strip where many activities are located. We would certainly recommend staying at this condo to others for their stay in Branson.

Best Stay Ever

This was a last minute getaway for my wife and I. The weather was bad all weekend, so we had a lot of inside time. This condo was perfect for a lazy, relaxing, rainy weekend. It felt like a little home away from home. The host was excellent. Check-in was easy. Will definitely save for future stays.

3 night stay

It was a great place tonstay. Enjoyed the amenities and the nice walking area. The codlndo was very comfortable. Parts have been remolded and parts not but still a great place to stay.
