Ground Level Golf Front Retreat 2/2

Nearly 1300 sqft.-2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium at the Beautiful Holiday Hills Resort and Golf club. it has all new custom cabinets, granite countertops and all new flooring throughout! This is a walk in unit with no stairs. There is also a sliding glass door to the patio out back where you can enjoy morning coffee and watch the golfers. The amenities include: outdoor pools, golfing, fishing, tennis, game room, shuffleboard and more. Near the Branson Landing, theme parks, outlet malls, groceries, shows, restaurants, and water sports. All modern furnishings. Roku Streaming TV with blue-ray player and wifi in the living room and Roku Streaming TVS in both bedrooms with cable. King size memory foam mattresses in each bedroom, Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Large 2 person jacuzzi in the master bath. This condo is handicap friendly with a walk in shower and seat. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a grocery store across the street and a restaurant on site. You will have access to everything Branson has to offer without going far at all. An indoor pool is available only 8 miles away at a fitness center that is offering our guests a family pass for 50.00 a week.

Great Stay!!!

We loved the property. It was easy to find and was close enough to Branson without being in the "busy" city. The photos do not do the unit justice. The unit is nicer and bigger than the pictures make it appear. We loved how one of the bedrooms had a window unit. The couch was a bit firm, and the beds were a bit soft. My in-laws loved the primary bedroom that featured a large bathroom. It was a great spot for us to stay as a family. It was large enough that we had ample space for gathering, while allowing space to retreat when needed.

The property is lovely. Supplied everything we needed. I think it needs a dehumidifier, everything seemed sticky to the touch. Wall air conditioner in front bedroom is not working properly. The toilet in the master bath needs new insides in the tank. We are technology challenged a good guide on the TV would have helped and we could not sign your guest book as it was full in 2024. It was clean and served the purpose for us.

The location was great! No stairs was awesome. The condo was very nice. We only had two problems. The furniture was a little uncomfortable and the master bedroom tv had no sound. My hubby likes to watch tv in bed (luckily, I don't). I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Loved it!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The location is perfect. Lower level and on the end of the building with no additional units on the other side. The patio is as described and opens up to the golf course, very peaceful in the mornings! Both king beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were all very accommodating and lots of space!! The ONLY downside we experienced is there is no longer a pull-out sofa in the living room. It is now a very nice futon and the back lays down into a bed, more the size of a twin. But that didn't put a damper on our week, we made it work and moved on. All communications with any questions we had were extremely prompt and helpful. We will absolutely be saving this property for a future stay!!

The condo was beautiful and extremely well supplied with anything you would need while you stay there. We cooked our breakfast meals at the condo and any kind of pot, pan or utensils you could want was supplied. The granite countertops were beautiful, the appliances were nice and pretty, and the patio was wonderful for sitting out and having a gorgeous view of the Golf course!!! Its proximity to a grocery store, the landing, old downtown Branson, and the Branson Showboat were tremendous!! The only thing that would have been better for us would have been a big nice comfortable recliner because my husband has a sciatic nerve problem and he did not have a place to sit that did not irritate his problem. I would definitely rate it as 10/10!!!!!

We loved this unit. Close to the Landing and a small grocery store, SunFest, had everything we needed. We are older and loved the no steps to getting our luggage in and out. We had absolutely no complaints. Perfect location!!

Mother/Daughter Trip, we’ll return!

We loved our stay at this property and will absolutely be return guests. The walk-in unit and facilities were perfect for my mom’s needs. Our only complaint was the proximity to the highway meant you heard every passing vehicle. But, a sound app helped cover the noise for sleeping. We loved the back patio and the view was so relaxing. Thanks for being a great, attentive host!

Lovely Condo

This property was perfect for our group consisting of 3 family members who were 85+ years, myself and spouse both mid 60’s. Ground level, no steps! Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. One bathroom had a walk in shower, the other master bathroom had large jacuzzi which my husband liked and shower. Shampoos, conditioner and shower gel were provided-nice because we flew into Branson and didn’t have to bring extra liquids on the flight. Nice area for walking around the condo. We did not use the pool or club house. Would recommend this property, they were quick to answer questions and we would definitely come back! Thank you and God’s blessings.
