Walk on over to Dick's 5 & 10 on main street, grab a coffee at Steamy Joe's, or enjoy loads of shopping with all the options at the Landing! Branson's Famous HWY 76 strip is just 4 minutes away and Silver Dollar City is a short 15 minutes drive. After a day full of Branson fun, spend your evening relaxing in your own private hot tub or create memories while roasting s'mores around the backyard firepit. This College Street Cottage is ready to host you for an amazing vacation!

The Space:
Walk into the main level of this downtown galley style home and sink right into the comfortable leather sectional! This will be the perfect spot for your group to relax and enjoy a movie or the big game on the flat screen TV. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials you would need to cook up your favorites! Or skip the cooking and enjoy some delicious takeout together around the wood dining table! Cards on the upper back deck would be a great option on a cool evening or head to the backyard to let the kids play. The backyard also features your own private hot tub as well as a wood burning fire pit for some enjoyable outdoor evenings!
Back inside, head downstairs for all 3 bedrooms. The primary suite boasts of a king bed with its own private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full over full bunkbed and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, plus a second bathroom in the hallway between Bedrooms 2 and 3. This home features all the things you would need to create an amazing Branson experience!

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quaint little residential neighborhood in downtown Branson! Just blocks from main street and the Branson Landing, you are only an 8-12 minute walk from multiple desired locations. Start your day off with a cup of coffee from Steamy Joe's Cafe or walk over to Clockers for a homestyle breakfast of biscuits and eggs! Dick's 5 & 10 is a quintessential stop on main street full of fun trinkets, games, and old school candies or walk one more block to 417 Vintage Market and shop to your hearts desire with 3 levels of beautiful new and vintage finds!

Bring some bread and head down to the Branson Landing where your kids can feed the ducks or ride their scooters by the water! Bass Pro Shops is a must see for any outdoorsmen or try the cornbread at The Fish House! Though, fresh guacamole on the back patio of Cantina Laredo overlooking the water is a great combination. And enjoy the fire and lights show there in the center of the Landing put on every hour every evening all summer long! For dessert, walk on down to Kilwin's to enjoy some delicious ice cream, gourmet fudge, or a caramel apple. With the variety of shopping, activities, and food choices the Branson Landing is sure to be a hit for everyone in your group!

Getting Around:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just minutes away!

One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 20 minutes from downtown Branson! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the home, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

We have another 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just down to street. Rent both to accommodate a larger group!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
No need for keys! You will be able to check yourselves in with the keypad lock on the front door. We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be available to help if you need anything!
