Come and enjoy all Branson has to offer! We provide all of the comforts of home so you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day. Relax with a cup of morning coffee on your back porch or walk to the marina and take in the view. An outfitted kitchen, Laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs, and games are waiting to make you feel right at home during your stay. This Condo is up one flight of stairs. Come to the lake to fish or just relax! Golf is right next door at Pointe Royale Resort.

Beautifully updated space in a bright corner top unit with two king bedrooms (upstairs bedroom is a loft and has a top half open wall to living below) and two bathrooms. There is also a self inflating air bed and linens (best suited for children).

This is an open concept space decorated with your comfort in mind. The condo has been completely updated and all of the comforts of home have been provided. All spaces are updated and linens are new. We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

We are dog-friendly and welcome your furry friend. The resort has a 40lb restriction on dogs and we must adhere to that guideline. There is a $75 pet fee per stay, just choose the pet option when booking and it will be added to your reservation. Please let us know about your dog when booking.

The wonderful Fall Creek Marina is only a 5-minute walk from the condo - enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer. You can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Fall Creek Marina is located on the upper end of Lake Taneycomo, about 2 miles from Table Rock Dam. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes in the country.

You have access to the entire condo and private deck. Feel free to use any of the outdoor grills, gazebo, picnic table areas around the condo, and the playground near the Marina.

The marina is a short walk away - fishing poles and boat rentals are available. It is a fantastic spot to spend some time on the lake while in Branson. Our resort is also next to Pointe Royale where you can enjoy a beautiful golf course or dine on site.
