The Space:

This two-condo combination rental in the Eagle’s Nest resort offers cozy yet contemporary décor inside and a spacious living area spanning the length of the two units on the outside – perfect for outdoor meals or simply taking in the beautiful scenery. Either unit, Best of Branson or Time Traveler Suite, can be rented individually, but with a total of four private bedrooms, travelling as a group will never be easier. Both units become accessible through the adjoining balcony.



After enjoying all the excitement within Branson city and surrounding areas, relax in either of the Branson Duo’s comfortable living rooms, equipped with ample sofa and seating options and smart TVs. In the cooler months or evenings, gather together for games or a movie around the cozy fireplace in the Best of Branson unit. The beautiful and uniquely different kitchens in each unit are equipped with modern appliances and cookware, with chic dining room tables with seating for four and six.



When booked together, these units sleep a total of 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms (2 per unit), and sleeper sofas (one in each unit).



Best of Branson Bedrooms:



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom right onto the home’s balcony.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, electric fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Time Travelers Suite Bedrooms:



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. Another set of sliding glass doors open onto the balcony.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- These are walk-up units.

- Unit 3 walk up 12 steps no elevator access.

- Unit 4 walk up 12 steps no elevator access.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- A total of 4 parking spaces are provided.

- Washer and dryer in each unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason. .

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, including decks and stairways. Please note that guests will be charged a fee of $500 plus mitigation costs if there is found evidence of smoking.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
