Only thing that would have been better.There were only 4 forks in the kitchen. Only 1 hand towel, and no hand soap in the bathroom.

The cabin was missing a number, the TV in the living room had one channel, the TV in the loft did not work. The temperature on the main floor you would freeze and the upstairs was like an oven. To top it off, it was not the cabin that I was told about. The cabin was to have 2 bedroom on the main level and one loft area. The cabin we was given had one bedroom on the main floor and one bedroom and loft area upstairs.

Cabin was great! Very clean. Had everything we needed. Only complaint was the patio furniture outside and on screened porch were falling apart. Could not even sit on it. Also beds were very hard and uncomfortable

Cabin on first site was nice, and within tree area near attractions was great. But there are a few things that could use some upkeep or replaced. The carpeted areas of cabin need cleaning. Many stains, that could be removed with a simple cleaning. Mop board area need to be cleaned to get the build up of dust on the carpet next to the wall boards. Some small dead bugs not vacuumed. Listed a grill but grill was not near the cabin as I expected. Duplex cabin which I would not prefer could hear our neighbors the first nite after hours. Very few pots and pans for daily use. No cutting board. Coffee was good, linens clean. The deck chairs on screened in patio were wore, one fell apart and we were able to put it back together but needs wood glue and restained. The curtains on patio are soiled and not all hung in a manner that they should be. One was laying in a basket and rods missing. Just some simple upkeep to bring cabin up to standards. Have stayed in other cabins in Branson before and not been one to complain but had to on this. Again nice cabins needs a bit more care.

Nice getaway

Everything was clean and the location was near everything we planned to do. One of tvs wouldn't work and someone came right over to correct the problem. The property is well maintained and the staff is very nice.

OK but needs improvement

The property is clean and pleasant. The Thousand Hills Staff were efficient and helpful. There were several issues with the property that we had to work around. I left a list with Thousand Hills staff. With some maintenance the property could be 5 star. With that said we did enjoy the stay.

great cabins!

Stairs!!!

The overall stay was fine, this is the 6th time I have stayed at The Cabins, and this time was the most disappointing. First the key pad on the entry door did not work. After many tries and calling the many office and trying different codes a maintenance man came over to bring us a key. 40 minute wait. Then when we entered the cabin the blind in the dining area had fallen and was laying in the floor. The stairs would be great to have mentioned in the listing. I feel there are several people that stay at the Cabins that can not handle 18 stairs each time the arrive to leave the property. The cabin it’s self was clean and the management was very responsive and helpful.

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very clean and the location was great. We had one small problem durning our stay and we contacted the management company and they took care of it very quickly. The check in went smooth but we had to go to a different location to check in so it was not the easiest way to check in. Also the cabin is up about 20 steps on a steep hill you have to climb from where you park. We did find a sidewalk where we could let people out and also to load and unload our car without having to go up and down all the time. The driver did have to use the stairs to get to the car plus if there were other cars at the sidewalk it was harder to unload. The upstairs bedroom does not have a separate bath the shower and sink are in the bedroom. We dealt with it but I could see where it might bother some people. These problems are why I rated it 4 stars but we dealt with them and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Branson

Loved the cabin! Decorated very nice. Enjoyed our coffee out in the screened in porch. Wish they would have stocked the necessities better, we only had 3 tall garbage bags and only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper in one bathroom and 1 roll in the second bathroom . We stayed a week, so should have been stocked better. Bathroom showers were hard to control temperature, and water was VERY HOT! Did not realize that there were steps to go up to the cabin from parking area. Beware for older and handicapped people! We did okay with them, it was just when you have to carry your luggage up and back down on arrival and departure it is hard. Other than that, we loved everything about the cabin. Close to all attractions, perfect location to shows and restaurants.

Cozy cabin

This was a clean, comfortable and cozy cabin. Even though we were in the heart of Branson, it felt like we were in the forest. We even saw a deer on our last night right outside the cabin. The carpets in the cabin could have used a little shampooing, but other than that cleanliness was great! The biggest negative was not due to the cabin, but due to the check in process. We arrived in Branson at 11pm and were told all we had to do was call to get a code to get our info from a locked box. Unfortunately, our code did not get given to the after hours team and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come from Thousand Hills to get our info. Overall, I would recommend this cabin and would stay here again though.

Great location, quiet and clean!

After an initial hiccup ( stairs leading up to the cabin were not shown in the listing ) we were given a different cabin that met all of our expectations. The cabin was nice and located in a quiet, wooded area. Our favorite part was the outdoor screened in deck. Kitchen was lacking in a few essentials but overall it was a great 5 days!! I’d definitely stay again!

Cabin stay

Property was clean and great! Only thing was the refrigerator was not very cold even after turning it up all the way, probably needs a repair . Upstairs bedroom gets too warm sleeping at night if you close door !
