Not a bad location, size of cabin was good for a family of 4. The cabin needs a significant dusting, the refrigerator leaks water on the top 2 shelves, the loft TV only displays 1 channel, upstairs bed had bed bugs, no response/communication back from the host Re: the bed bug concern, patio screen is torn/open. The cabin needs some deep cleaning and updates as been mentioned in their guestbook and other online reviews.

Vacation

The cabin was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We called maintenance twice to fix the ice maker because it leaked water on the top shelf of the refrigerator. It was still leaking water when we checked out. The pool waa great. It needs to have a front entrance access. The only option to access the pool was to walk up a hill in the grass and rocks. There needs to be several pools to accommodate all guests. The customer service was excellent. Provide direction on parking. The guests next to us parked in the middle of two parking spaces and then squeezed in their vehicles between that vehicle in the middle. We couldn't park in front of our cabin. It is conveniently located near the strip.

Plenty of Space, Great Location

This was the perfect space (and layout) for our family! The upstairs bedroom and loft were perfect for our teenagers — they had their own space, while the dining and living room downstairs were great for family gatherings and meals. Loved the back porch, too! A much better alternative to Branson hotel rooms and smaller condos. What puts the cherry on top was the location — close to everything while feeling like you are in nature. Can’t wait to stay again!

Better than sleeping outside but just barely

This was a lesson in first impressions can be deceptive. We were traveling with family (6 adults) and the check-in was normal. Cabin looked good upon first inspection- some dust accumulation but the beds felt comfy and there was plenty of space. The AC filter looked incredibly dusty but we figured it was just near end of life. Little did we know this was a hint of issues to come. On our first night, we called the front desk because multiple issues made themselves known at once: 1) the AC was leaking and creating a large wet area on the second floor carpet in the doorway of the bedroom. 2) the exterior wall in the dining room was leaking - water was coming in from the storm outside! In the middle of the wall! It looks like the logs that make up the wall were cracked in multiple places. We had no idea what to do so called for a maintenance person. Someone came out, whacked the AC unit for a few minutes, told us nothing could be done about the water coming into the house, and said he’d be back the next day! No offer to move us to another unit! Luckily the water was able to be absorbed with a towel and didn’t damage any of our items. On top of that - when we came back from an evening show on our last night - the AC had stopped cooling and the front desk was closed so we had to try to figure it out ourselves. It was the straw that broke the camels back for us. We would not recommend this place for a stay to anyone.

Great getaway

The property was very nice except for all the dust that covered the decor. The carpets were way past needing shampooing. I did not tell management about this because i didnt know what they could do about it. Im very thankful for the clean linens and bathroom. Just really need to dust.

Great spot for golf getaway!

There were 4 of us staying at the property and it was perfect for us! It was centrally located so it was a quick drive to all the courses and close to plenty of restaurants and stores. We played 6 different courses while there and there were all very impressive! After staying here with the guys I'll definitely be bringing my family back to take in all the attractions with the kids!

Not quite what we expected, but okay

The carpet was gross, the beds were very lumpy, sloped and uncomfortable. The bath wasn’t very clean. The pool was really small and very cold. The oven didn’t work and some Dishes weren’t clean.

Spacious Country Cabin

Such a wonderful cabin centrally located in the heart of everything to do in Branson, we were within minutes of all the shows n attractions we had planned for our stay. The only downer was the inappropriate, dusty-as-heck Indian/Native American decor of our cabin but that might just b us - we r Peorias visiting from Oklahoma. My kids actually covered the giant dime store Indian lamp with a towel in the loft bedroom. We will definitely b back 2 c more of fabulous Branson. Thank u 4 ur hospitality.

Not as Expected

Property was not as we expected and not ideal for three adult couples with shower area open to bedroom and having to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. The porch only had a table with 2 chairs and one was coming apart and not safe to sit in. The property needs some maintenance and repairs. With that being said the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Would not stay there again for more than 2 couples.

Great Location

The unit was fine for our stay for a family of 5 adults. A few of things should be noted (small things that could easily be taken care of by property management #2-#6) 1) Hot water heater is low capacity. Do not recommend using both bathrooms at the same time to shower. You will run out of hot water. We all had to take showers one at a time even thought there were 2 bathrooms in the unit. 2) sink drains were clogged/ drain slowly. 3) sliding door to the bathroom downstairs does not work. Falling apart 4) mold/ water damage to bathroom upstairs about 5 inches in diameter very evident. Poor maitwnance 5) light bulbs were out upstairs 6) Gym equipment in the resort (weight machines were all broken) The good points!!! 1) Location was fantastic and central to all activities 2) beds were super comfortable 3) AC worked Great! 4) Unit was very clean

Property was great. One shower head in en-suite was hard to shut off, kitchen faucet sprays water and right hand lavatory in en suite was very slow to drain. The ice maker did not work. These were very minor issues. We loved the property and will probably return next year.

Nice place to stay with friends.

Really liked the cabins, the 3 king size beds in each room and in the loft. Had a really good first impression. Only reason for giving it 4 stars is that after the kids played around for an hour or so, with their shoes off, the bottom of their feet were black from how dirty the floors or the carpets were. For the cleaning fee that is tacked on to the stay I would have expected the floors to have been cleaner. Other than that the place was perfect for what we needed.

This property was great. But, Originally. I was at property id 2073062

Originally, I stayed at property id 2073062 and the people that contacted me were "Starry and Matt" I had to move from the original property. Showers would not shut off. Kept dripping. Felt like I was sleeping in a prison cell. Drip. Drip. Drip.Drip. Hot water ran out in about 10mins. Capri sun that was opened was under the bed. Massive ball of hair on top of air register. Fridge started leaking. Messaged the host and got nothing back. Eventually. I called the thousand hills place they sent someone over. And since the fridge was actually not leaking water and some other chemical. They moved me out to this property (id 2086370). It was amazing. clean. everything worked.
