"Superb duplex room 20! Great restaurant and bar"

"The dolphin hotel - great value for money and excellent location with a 2 minute walk to the beach ! I came here with my partner and 2 dogs and we had a wonderful time the bar and restaurant has been refurbished and has a great atmosphere I was initially worried about he negative reviews but we found out it is now under new management, the staff were amazing and very welcoming and couldn't do more for you the rooms were basic but clean great selection of teas coffees biscuits ect replenished...

"I had a lovely room, I was surprised breakfast wasn’t included/offered. Staff were friendly but I couldn’t get internet which may have been just me. I was on my own and wanted to plan my next day, couldn’t even get 4G. Not even in the bar. Young lady said it was a bad area??!! Plenty parking and lots of people eating so food must be good. I just had (a very small) portion of chips. "

"The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing."

"Excellent Hotel. Great staff and good parking onsite if available. The breakfast was really good and a reasonable price. Terrific place if you want to do the Coastal walk as the bus stop is just up the road and the walk brings you back past the hotel. Evening food was a reasonable price and good quality."

"Mixed review. The room was clean, even if a bit dated. The bathroom could have been better for the room rate. The mira shower was similar to the one I had at home more than 20 years ago. The pillows were firm and of poor quality for a room costing over £300 per night but the bed was comfy. The longe area had a fabulous sea view and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The parking was easy. The breakfast was a bit sparce for £40 but cooked very well. We would stay again if on the area."

"Staff were lovely, room was small, especially the bathroom but nice, nice and quiet, great location 5 mins walk to the beach. The only bad thing was my other half had breakfast and said not nice was overcooked. And limited parking but right outside so that’s a bonus "

"2nd stay at Eyre Court... room was excellent, staff were lovey and friendly and breakfast was plentiful, fresh, delicious and all you expect of a breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed our 2nd stay.. Only down point is the parking is limited.. My sister walks slow and with a stick and people who are just using the pub use the parking. I personally think you should have allocated parking if you are staying in the Eyre court. "

"When we walked in the room at 9.45pm the room was freezing cold, we found the radiators and turned the heating on but at 11pm the heating went off and didn’t come on again until the morning which meant we was cold all night. Plus there was a clear draft coming through the main front door and from the bathroom. When we looked around the room there was black mould by the front door and around the bath.
