"The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year."

"The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. The children loved the rope swing and the fruiting orange tree in the back. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard (which is large). There is a fire pit as well. The house is two stories but you have to use outside stairs to get up/down. This did not bother us, however if you have smaller children it might. It is...

"We loved our stay in your home! It's a secluded beautiful home surrounded by nature! Woke up in the morning and had coffee on the pier and listened to all the birds. Really relaxing and enjoyable! Jump in the yak and go for ride. Really enjoyed the tree swing too! Close to the beautiful springs, we spent 4 days and had lots to do!"

"I had a great stay at the Coppertop. Myself and my brother paddled nearly 20 miles in two days from this location at the confluence of the Ichnetuckee and Sante Fe Rivers. The house is in good condition and had all the things we needed to make it a great trip."

"We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues."

"Location is in the country. Very quiet, beds are comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen very spacious. Would have loved to stay here for a longer visit. Was down for a wedding so really didn’t have much time in the location to do the cooking like normal. But was set up for the ability to cook for a group or from scratch. "Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This home was just as listed. Plenty of space and things to do. Unfortunately the river flooded days before we arrived but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. We couldn’t kayak but that was not a deal breaker. The host was very transparent and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again so that I can experience the river more!"

"My sister and her 2 kids along with myself and my two kiddos were lucky enough to enjoy good family time together over Easter weekend. We had the BEST time, the river level was up but that certainly didn't stop us from enjoying it, so dont let that detour you. It was SUPER clean, peaceful, quiet and had everything you could possibly need. My sister and I loved this home and look forward to visiting again soon.💙"
