Thanks for staying with us. We are so sorry that your colleagues had that experience in our house. We sent a pest control to the house as soon as you mentioned this and nothing was found, seems like the back door was leaving open for one of the guest when they used the door to smoke outside since the house is a free smoke and a mouse potentiality get inside and out. As for the hot water, the plumber has been take care of it to make sure it is working property. Thanks for staying with us 4 of your 6 booked days.
