"Absolutely adorable place! Well appointed, snacks and coffee in the kitchen, bottled water in the fridge, everything we needed for our short stay, but would easily accommodate a much longer stay as well. The beds were comfy, everything was very clean, we really enjoyed the place."

"The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal...

"Squirrel got into the electric lines and there was not electricity at first but owner and property manager quickly got the electric company there to fix it. Water pressure could have been a little better and perhaps a 3 pm check in instead of 4 when you are going to wdding. Otherwise Wonderful and I would recommend to all. A special ThNk you to owner for communication. Thank you."

"This is a great house! One level which is great for me having hip replacement surgery in two weeks. Three bedrooms though the husband and I only used two. (I also use a CPAP and the dogs sleep with me.) Very spacious and would be great even if our adult kids had gone within us! Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. No neighbors and close enough to food and our family who live in Arkansas. Perfect rental property and the extra touches were very appreciated. "

"This place was beyond amazing. Was visiting my son I haven't seen in years. Being a woodworker, i absolutely loved the way this cabin was done. A very unique and different type of place. While i am personally not much of a Christmas person. I will be sraying here again when the time comes fornme to make this trip afain. They have everything you could need and then some. "Great location for riding trails. Very conveniently located. The cabin itseĺf was comfortable enough, not luxurious, but adequate for our needs. The bed was comfy, wifi worked well and it was quiet. The cabin was not very clean. The floor was kind of gritty and the dishes we used all had to be washed before we could use them. The only AC units were in the living room, the bedroom got kind of hot. We just purchased a fan from Wal-Mart and helped push air thru. The price was reasonable for this...
