"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. "Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. "What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cottage. It was so thoughtfully decorated and was very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare food and was so well equipped. The location was fabulous and was an easy walk to the beach, the grocery store and the pub. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the beach hut or the back garden because of the weather but, the garden looked so pretty and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this cottage and I would book it again...

"Spacious holiday home with lovely gardens. Modern kitchen and bathroom, very clean and well presented. The owners have a great attention to detail with regards to information/planning for guests needs. Great location and dog friendly too. We loved it and would happily return!"

"We spent a wonderful few days in Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottages have been beautifully renovated and well equipped and we were lucky enough to christen the amazing bbq grill and hut. The cottage is very dog friendly with enclosed garden. A great base to explore the North Norfolk towns and beaches with some great recommendations from Andy and Karen."

"We had a fabulous few days at the cottage as a family of 4. It was clean and cosy, with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and good quality bedding - my husband was especially pleased with the double ninja air fryer. The sunny walled garden was a delight to sit out in, with lovely garden furniture. Our host was also wonderful, with great communication. All in all, a great family break and I would recommend the cottage to anyone - thankyou Teresa. "
