The living room, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and a Smart TV, perfectly complements the game room, which is equipped with a PlayStation and a ping pong table.

Welcome to the Nicme Bran, situated in the traditional village of Bran! Our villa offers a perfect combination of elegance and comfort, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Carpathian Mountains.

This spacious house features four beautifully designed bedrooms, each offering stunning mountain vistas, and four modern bathrooms. The generous open-space living area is designed for relaxation and socializing, complete with a cozy fireplace that adds warmth to your gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances such as: induction stove, microwave, toaster, and a high-quality coffee machine with capsules. Whether you're preparing a family meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need at your discretion.

The lower level of the villa is a haven for fun, featuring a ping-pong table, PlayStation 4 PRO with games, darts, and a variety of board games. It's the perfect space for both kids and adults to enjoy quality time together.

As soon as you step outside, you will discover a beautifully landscaped garden, complete with a terrace that offers panoramic views of the mountains. Enjoy al fresco dining in the designated area, relax in one of the two hammocks, or fire up the traditional charcoal grill for an amazing barbecue experience.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the basement), and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking to explore the local beauty of the Carpathians together.

• To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the house, on internal stairs and in yard areas
• No smoking in the apartment. Please use the terrace to smoke. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with GD 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of Article 2 paragraph (5). Please complete the check-in form sent in the messages.
