"Outlaw House was the perfect place to stay for our ATV getaway. There were plenty of comfortable beds for 9 people. The driveway had room for 4 cars, 2 trailers, and 4 ATVs. The porch was peaceful and a great gathering spot in the mornings and evenings. Good location for HM and Outlaw trails."

"House was perfect for our ATV trip with 3 families- kids stayed in bunk room, adult couples had their own rooms. House and property very clean and well-maintained, owners super responsive and attentive. Convenient to trails and popular spots. Would definitely stay here again!"

"As described, the location was perfect. We hit 4 trail systems right by property. Place was very large and had enough property for parking. First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. Will book again. "

"Awesome property just what we needed to stay in for a getaway. Pleanty of parking for you and trailer mine was 24' along with long bed pickup. Close proximity to the trails to, just a short ride. Looking forward to our next stay the near future."

"Nice place. Fun for the family with LOTS of room. Lots to do in the area including pipestem park! Driveway was well maintained for being steep. Would stay again"

"This house checked all the boxes for our large group(13) plenty of bed space. we all agreed it was a great house! The game room/ living room was a great bonus! Another bonus was the ice machine!
