Step straight out of your apartment and into nature, whether you're skiing in winter or hiking in summer. In winter, it's a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts: the “Smaragdbahn” gondola takes you up to an altitude of 2,000 metres in no time at all, and before you know it, you're in the middle of the Wildkogel Arena.
When the snow melts, the area transforms into a summer paradise. After a good night's sleep, there is nothing better than enjoying the beautiful view from your private terrace or exploring nature via various marked walking and cycling routes. There are challenging hikes and mountain bike tours to be had, and you can cool off in one of the nearby swimming lakes

Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
