From your flat, you can set off directly into nature at any time of year. In winter, a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts opens up before you: the "Smaragdbahn" gondola takes you to an altitude of over 2,000 metres in just a few minutes, where perfectly groomed pistes, winter hiking trails and fantastic panoramic views await you in the middle of the Wildkogel Arena. Cross-country skiers and snowshoe hikers will also find ideal conditions here.

As soon as the snow melts, the surrounding area presents itself as a versatile summer paradise. After a restful night, you can enjoy the clear mountain air and the marvellous view in the garden or set off directly for a variety of activities. Marked hiking and cycling trails lead you through green valleys, across alpine meadows and up to panoramic peaks. Challenging mountain tours, leisurely hikes or exciting mountain bike routes - there is something for every level. On hot days, the nearby bathing lakes invite you to take a refreshing dip.
